See your doctor ASAP, but some suggestions here:
Medical treatments
Some people require the following medical treatments for chronic or severe hemorrhoids:
Hemorrhoidolysis/Galvanic Electrotherapy: desiccation of the hemorrhoid by electrical current.
Dilation: stretching of the anal sphincter muscle. Although no longer popular due to potential side effects, this treatment can be successfully applied to select cases of strangulated hemorrhoids. Rarely used anymore.
Rubber band ligation: elastic bands are applied onto an internal hemorrhoid to cut off its blood supply. Within several weeks, the withered hemorrhoid is sloughed off during normal bowel movement.
Sclerotherapy (injection therapy): sclerosant or hardening agent is injected into hemorrhoids. This causes the vein walls to collapse and the hemorrhoids to shrivel up.
Cryosurgery: a frozen tip of a cryoprobe is used to destroy hemorrhoidal tissues. Rarely used anymore.
Laser, infared or BICAP coagulation: laser, infrared beam, or electricity is used to cauterize the affected tissues. Laser is now much less popular.
Hemorrhoidectomy: a true surgical procedure to excise and remove hemorrhoids.
Stapled Hemorrhoidectomy: Also called the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids, it is designed to resect soft tissue proximal to the dentate line, which disrupts the blood flow to the hemorrhoids. It is generally less painful than complete removal of hemorrhoids and also allows for faster recovery times. It's meant for hemorrhoids that fall out or bleed and is not helpful for painful outside conditions.
For some people, surgery may be the only treatment option for very severe cases, chronic or resistant cases of hemorrhoids, such as prolapsed, thrombosed, or strangulated hemorrhoids.

I actually had the same problem and had a colonoscopy. The doctor said I have internal hemorrhoids and just prescribed 30 mg of fiber daily and Preparation H. I would have it checked out by a doctor first. They will either prescribe over-the-counter stuff or, if they're really bad, a medical procedure. Hope you get better!

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/HemorrhoidsTreatment
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

I had hemorrhoids problems for different years. I was basically simply excessively embarrassed to go to a doctor or to the pharmacy to request a hemorrhoid treatment. At last I went to a doctor that tried to do everything in her power to help me, yet unfortunately the prescription didn't work. Surgery was impossible! By then, I was powerless, embarrassed and with just about no social life, so I've chosen to try something else. Then I discovered this method: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info I purchased this book on the most proficient method to dispose of hemorrhoids naturally notice it helped me a great deal! I don't feel torment anymore! I wish I had it years before. I can't accept how rapidly I got relief (just about overnight!) they've never returned and I don't worry about it anymore in light of the fact that on the off chance that they do, I know precisely what to do. After reading the book and making a move in 48 hours the ache, irritation, tingling and draining was gone. To my surprise I could permanently cure my hemorrhoids 100% naturally. Hemorrhoids are fundamentally engorged veins. The veins return the blood to the heart and those from the lower parts of the body work against gravity to push blood again to the heart. At the point when the blood becomes thicker because of one's absence of water admission, the blood gets pooled in the veins in light of the fact that blood is more hard to stream. This makes them get engorged and become bigger. On the off chance that this happens in the rectal area, it becomes hemorrhoids. I can assure you that I tackled my hemorroids problems with this system: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info It's definitly the most ideal approach to effectively dispose of hemorreoids.

Awww... You can put on Preperation H, or other Hemorrhoid cream on it for now, but if its really bad, I would talk to your doctor about surgically removing it. I think it may be a good choice for you. Also make sure you aren't constipated. Eat lots of fibre to make it easy to poop lol.

Get yourself to a "fanny" doc (colo-rectal specialist). Ask your GP for a referral.
I had internal ones and he did the injection thing into them and they cleared up pretty darn quick....no surgery....and they are now gone! This may seem embarrassing, but they've seen it all. It was worth it to me.
Also, do as others have said. Add more fiber to your diet and drink lots of water. Need to keep your gut moving easily so you won't have to strain. Good luck!

Take a cold shower and make sure you get it in that area and when you get out, rub some Preparation H cooling gel on it. do that twice a day for maybe 2-4 days depending on how bad it is. Works for my husband!
