Classic: get an old wallet (have a dollar sticking out of it) and tie it to a nylon (transparent0 fish line. Leave it out on the sidewalk, where people walking by will see it. When someone bends down to try to pick it up, yank it out of his reach with the fish line! If you use just the bill, sometimes they will think it is the wind and you can get them to chase it down the road!

well there is always the one where u put a cow in somebodies room n let it s**t all over the place. or the one where u put shaving cream in some ones hand while they sleep then tickle there nose with a feather. or put there hand in warm water. thats just a few that i can think of.

put a stick of butter on a plate and sprinkle some salt on it and tell someone to put their hand over it to feel "heat" and slam their hand in it.
