Of course not! We all know that NOW, but at the time when the thing is happening, well that's another story! Practice using the techniques that will allow you to not become upset the next time you feel it coming on. I have been doing this for a while and it actually works most of the time!

Most things people get upset over are not worth the effort. For example-getting upset over your husband not taking out the garbage or other small insignificant things is silly. But sometimes getting upset can inspire people to become active in their community or try to change things. Getting upset can make a person wake up in the middle of the night and write an editorial or think and even act to improve important problems in the world.

Don Quiote (sp?) thought so. Didn't he fight windmills? But he was man enough to love deeply also!
Any thing that is important to a person is worth getting fired up about. Family, Friends, Love, Environment, Job, etc...
I always thought that if a person does not ever take a stand on anything... maybe they just do not feel passion about anything.
But then I am clearly a hopeless Don Quiote at heart.

It's never worth it, worrying begets worrying. It's an end-less cycle that kills million.
