If the more educated a person is the less likely they are to commit a crime and you consider war a kind of crime, then raising the level of education everywhere could reduce crime world-wide.

We are travelling through time right now, but if you mean going backwards or forwards in time, exceed the speed of light to go backwards (which is problematic because then you will become anti-matter according to Einstein's theories and then anihiliate in one massive explosion when you go forward in time and contact matter). To go forward in time? Other than just riding the river of time, you tell me!

Umm...I can't stop the first world country I live in from going to war, and I live here, and vote. It's a sad day when you realize that you are powerless over the actions of other people. Happily, you have power over your actions, and you can support education and engineering efforts in third world countries that might make someone's life better. And writing your political representatives can't hurt.
As for time travlel, I do it all the time. I don't even know how I would stop. I'm a little iffy on the controls, but I don't even have to work at forward, regular speed. So, I've got that going for me. Which is nice. I even take everyone around me with. It's nice cause otherwise I'd get lonely.

First of all, time travel is not possible like in the movies that we see becasue the pass was destroyed and the future is now. As for stop figthing in third world countries we can not do anything about it cause no matter what relife aid countries send to a thrid world country, it will always be tied up in goverment courts or stolen.

You say " Get out of that third world country and stop fighting." As far as time travel, take a clock, get in your car, and drive around.

So called third world "countries" were carved up by the colonial masters using the "Divide & Conquer" mantra. You bring a jumble of different tribes together, force them to coexist under one umbrella, and that's what you get. We also have the same happenings in so called first world countries don't we ? It's a human problem. Theoretically speaking, as you approach the speed of light, time slows down. When you get to the speed of light, time stops. Logically, using the "uncertainty principle" of Quantum Mechanics, when you're able to go past the speed of light, Time should go backwards.

The fighting won't stop until a country's citizens overthrow the political thugs and dictators that are constantly fighting for control of the country.

The past does not exist any more. The future does not exist yet. You cannot travel to a place that does not exist. The present is always wherever you are.

time travel is theoretically possible. However, time travel into the future is more viable than traveling to the past.
Two things: Time slows down as you move faster, and also as you move closer to massive objects. (Ideas based in Einstien's Relativity)
So, you could theoretically time travel if you got close to a black hole
(and stayed there for a while) or traveled at close to the speed of light.

You can't. 3rd world countries have been fighting since the dawn of time. So, no matter how much we try, we will never eradicate the problem.
