First of all, you do not seem to even understand what the bible is. It is not at all the word of any god. It is the words of men and a collection of many different books.
About the Gospels of the New Testement , there were already as many as 30,000 errors recorded in the translations of the texts before the 12th century. The book has been more than poorly translated, and more than once. New New Testement today is only the shadow of the shadow of what were the original teachings of Jesus.
You need to educate yourself as to what is spiritual and what is dogma. The truth will surely set you free..and what is the truth? The light of Science. Have you actually ever read the bible? I think not...Compare the 4 so called eye witness accounts of the Ressurection. They all contradict each other. Would you want these kinds of witness at trial if you were accused of a serious crime? I think not....Good luck to you . You will need it. Your question is ultimately naieve.

The Bible hasn't changed even more than 2% in the thousands of years it's been reproduced. The only changes might be those in spelling. Most Bibles are translated right from original manuscripts for accuracy, so not much is lost. The different Bibles actually just word things differently.
For instance, John 14:6-7 in NIV (New International Version):
[Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him."]
In the Holman Christian Standard Bible, it says:
[Jesus told him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
"If you know Me, you will also know My Father. From now on you do know Him and have seen Him."]
Notice how they really just say the same thing, except with different wording?

yes there are some major changes in the Bible.. we are now making things sound the way we want not what God wants.. We soften the things we want and change them to fit our needs... God would let this happen because we have free will to chose to do this..and to follow this.. but it does not make it right... I hope people rethink what they are doing before they meet God face to face and have to explain it.. My brother recently died and he was one that made the Bible what he wanted.. he claimed to be a good Christian.. but that it was OK to use profanity.. cheat people.. steal... lie... curse God.. and what ever else he wanted.. when he died.. I went into the room to see a look of horror on his face.. and tears coming from his eyes... The doctor said it was normal.. but I have witnessed many Christian deaths.. and none of them had that look... So I would say... pay attention to what people are trying to change.. We all know the right way to live and act.. so don't use a fake Bible to say I didn't know.. get right with God.. Good Luck :)

The Bible and its message to us hasn't changed at all. People and their interpretation of the Bible has changed for the worse. The Bible predicts that in the latter days this would happen so apparently all this is in God's plan.

"Man" has existed for about 40,000 years.
Modern man has been around about 10,000 of those years.
The death of Christ occurred about 2,000 years ago.
The first Bible to appear or ever be documented was about 900 years ago. (Who wrote it and why then?)
It has been edited and edited by Popes and others over the last 900 years to fit the times. Large numbers of pages are conveniently missing out of the earliest versions.
Do you really believe you are reading a 100% or even 50% of a real Bible today?
It is there in it's form today to lead masses of sheep like you.
BTW: Condoms weren't invented about 600 years ago and priest were allowed to marry up until about 400 years ago - yet today's Catholic church brainwashes you in other more convenient yet destructive directions on these topics.

I am amazed how many manuscripts of the bible that are 1000's of years old show the bible has essentially remained unchanged.
Even with all the copying of it. There are a few master test that most renowned translators work with. I can give tons of detailed info if ya want.

well the bible was compiled from various writings by church scholars in the early part of the 1st and 2nd century. there were numerous revisions, new inclusions, and exlcusions until the 4th century upon which various translations have been made. talk to some professors of biblical history at major research universities and they could mention some well-researched books.
