Serious question. I work with several middle easterners. Mostly Indians, some from Iraq and Iran. I know in India people are of many faiths including Christian, Hindu and Muslim. In America we offhandedly wish people HaPPY Easter or Passover etc to be polite socially. I am tempted to ask my coworkers what is their religion. I think some of them would believe it is like a witchhunt question. If they are Christian I want to be inclusive in my Holiday wishes. If they were Muslim or Hindu I am interested too and apreciate finding out about people's cultures and understanding their Holy days.

So my question is are people sensitive about that? Will I be offending someone to ask?

hi, name's julie, from the USA. i have never been to India before. However i wanna visit Goa sometime cuz i heard it was a nice place with lots of beaches. how is Goa like? the people and the environment? also i don't know any Indian languages.
