- will kitna last thru the whole season
- how long will it take to get a new coach.

i just want some objective perspective. i'm trapped in SE michigan, and i'm tired of hearing 11-5 predictions from the locals. seems to me we should worry about our autoworkers situation more than make grandiose predictions about a team whose owner is committed to losing.

lol, how's that for controversy? comments?

Honestly, I am biased because I am a UT Vols fan, but I think with Indy being at home they will win. The Colts will turn off the air conditioner and turn on the heating in the RCA Dome to tire the Pats D-line. They will also add additional artificial noise to the Dome.

Maybe whoever has the ball last will win.

These teams will see each other again in the playoffs!

I have a question for all Bear's fans. I'm not a Bear's fan, but I am a huge football fan and I appreciate what the Bears do on defense. Could you imagine what kind of team they would have with a good QB? I'm not saying a great QB, but just a good QB. My question is: I know that Greise isn't the answer to their problems on offense, but isn't it a start!? It's truly a shame what Lovie is letting happen to "Da Bears" because he won't take Wrecks out of the freaking game! Why won't Lovie do something!??
Okay my theory..... Wrecks went to UF. Did anyone see the UF-Tennessee game 2 weeks ago? 2 words: Tim Tebow, Tony Joiner. Does Wrecks have something over Lovie's head!?? Is any of this making any sense now....?

They are SUPREMELY OVERRATED. They are number 8 by default because of losses of Michigan and Penn State and Louisville. Look at their last 4 gms. they face Penn State at HAPPY VALLEY. Loss. Wisconsin. Loss. Illinois. Iffy if Juice busts loose, they played them well last year. And Michigan at the Big House. OSU fans think theyre team is good cause they beat Northwestern? Northwestern?!

The gators squeaked by a poor Ole Miss team, while the mountaineers thrashed ECU 48-7, yet no respect for a team which is unstoppable on offense and has been much improved on D. The press said that Maryland would be a big test for the WVU defense to see if they're legit. Well, they shut down the terps and dropped one spot in the rankings. By the way, WVU started the season at No. 3.

Because they are the most egotistical, obnoxious fans on the face of the planet. They ALWAYS claim thier team is unbeatable and the best, until they lose. Then the excuses come.

True, their opponents have only 3 wins combined. But it's just the Steelers. New England's opponents only have 2 wins combined. Dallas' opponents have 2 wins. Only Indianapolis' opponents are better with 4 wins.

None of the undefeated teams have really been challenged yet, except for Dallas who has let it's weak opponents put up a lot of points on them.

What do you think is the better measure of greatness: the number of records held or the number of championships won. On the one hand you have Dan Marino but would he be greater than Joe Montana or Terry Bradshaw?

Finally, do you think greatness is synonymous with best? As an example, I would consider Joe Montana the greater quarterback because of what he achieve, but I think Steve Young was the better quarterback and was denied greatness because of the team around him (keeping in mind they both had great careers, won championships, and played on great teams).

Would everyone say how great the Bengals are? Would everyone jump off the Pats nuts and see they have played 3 bullcrap teams? I think the Pats will win, but if they didn't, what would people say. It seems as if people forget the Pats win almost every game every season like the Colts. It's no surprise. The offense is better, but they will be beat. I think it's funny how much recognition they're getting right now for beating the Jets, Bills, and Chargers.

He fired a coach that took them to a 14-2 record, let Cam Cameron and Wade Phillips escape for other teams, and now has a team at 1-2 with no answers on how to fix the problem. Should AJ Smith take the heat for the turmoil filled off-season in letting all three main coaches leave, and change into a new system that is not producing?
