Please read the following, from the Quran, before you answer the question.

[4:129] You can never be equitable in dealing with more than one wife, no matter how hard you try. Therefore, do not be so biased as to leave one of them hanging (neither enjoying marriage, nor left to marry someone else). If you correct this situation and maintain righteousness, GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

[4:3] If you deem it best for the orphans, you may marry their mothers - you may marry two, three, or four. If you fear lest you become unfair, then you shall be content with only one, or with what you already have. Additionally, you are thus more likely to avoid financial hardship.

I have actually looked at Tom's website, he claims that we as christians have no real proof outside the Bible and our faith that Christ ever existed. Problem with his theory is that unless he was actually alive(which we all know he wasn't) during Jesus time on earth he can't prove he didn't exist. As to the book theory of proof or lack of proof of existence then lets take it further, was there a George Washington, anybody still around that personally knew him or fought by his side in the revolution, who's been hanging out with Abe Lincoln lately, how do you know he was a real person is it from those history books we had shoved down our throats in school. What about ole Ben Franklin, did he really fly that kite or is that just a story. Bottom line, we believe in things that happened in the past because of faith. Faith that the writers of those books we read were honest and correct. Jesus is real and there is no way to prove he isn't.

I was wondering if there were religious reasons for keeping this list, other than to honor the dead? Do you list only Mormons in your archive, or do you list all those deacesed that you can find documentation on? If you list others, who are not of your faith, how would I access these archives? Thanks for any help.

Based on an interpretation of Buddhist writings which described, among other things, a man from the west with hair like flames around his head who was said to be due to return some 2,500 years after the first Buddha, the red-haired Hubbard sometimes identified himself with Maitreya, the Buddha of the future. (Hubbard, Hymn of Asia, 1952).

I live in Australia, and a few weeks back I was catching the train home from heart of the city. Whilst at the station, a guy starts muttering in some middle eastern tongue, nothing too unusual or upsetting. He then shouts out to the entire platform "death to America... Muhammed lives for ever... Americans will all die in a fiery death".etc. You get the picture.

If you were in my position what would you have done?

BTW their was a huge crowd, mainly chinese, surrounded by a few caucasians, though, as the statement didn't apply to any of the crowd, they ignored it.

21 Then Jesus went out from there and departed to the region of Tyre and Sidon. 22 And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to Him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.”
23 But He answered her not a word.
And His disciples came and urged Him, saying, “Send her away, for she cries out after us.”
24 But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
25 Then she came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, help me!”
26 But He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.”
27 And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”
28 Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

I was told by a Christian:

We must worship God
But since we are impure, we cannot worship God directly so we should worship Jesus instead
But then later on he says Jesus is God.

Wow! Rewind please
Let’s review, he said we must worship God, but we cannot worship him directly so we should worship Jesus but later on he said Jesus is God.

So what does it mean?
We cannot worship Jesus as well because he is God and God cannot be worshiped directly.
But since we see that people do worship Jesus, concluding (according to Christian views) that Jesus must not be God as he is worshipped directly.

This idea of loving the sinner and hating the sin, if the so-called sin is ingrained into the sinner's heart and soul?

I'm convinced this is meaningless rhetoric, a weak attempt at diplomacy. Show me that I can be wrong.
