Does any body have video, pictures, anything of Santa? Have you seen him?

personally, i love christmas but so many people i have spoken to this year have been very grinchy!

A few were of the "I'll get them a collection of..." nature, and I started buying a while ago.

Now, one has spread to FOUR BOXES (gourmet foodstuffs, wine, etc), one's a massive basket (bath stuff, mostly, and perfume and skin care what-not)...

It looks, er, extravagant.

It's along the lines of what I usually buy, but I had extra cash this year.

Should I consider paring stuff down? How do you feel about getting too much, so to speak?

I've lived in Michigan most of My Life and Snow is usually a symbol of Christmas but this year Snow isn't in the Forecast or on the Ground. Will it change the "White Christmas" Mood??

He's in the construction business and NEVER buys clothes for himself. Has been wearing a jacket from the 70s probably, really old. So I got him a Carhartt coat with quilted lining.

I want to get my boss something for x-mas but dont know what to get. I got him a gift certificate to a restaurante for his b-day and don't know if that would be ok to do again. I'm the only one in the office so I can't ask anyone to pitch in. Please give me some ideas.

I had given someone a 4oz (travel size) body splash, lotion & shower gel, along with a small clear makeup bag, all from B & B Works. It came out to be around $13-$15 total. She got me a $20 gift card. I feel bad because I know she spent a little more. Does my gift look cheap? Do you think it matters, especially when you work with a lot of people & don't really know how much to spend, or is it really just the thought that counts? Thanks

Well, my brother whom I've not seen in years just arrived today and I was very glad to see him again. Although, he seems to talk more to my other brother than me. It's like as if he's treating me like I was invisible. Usually he just says a sentence or two to me and then he and my brother start talking for ages. They are both 20 + years old and so they probably talk alot since they have alot in common. At this moment, he and my brother are at a pub while I'm at home alone. Tommorow, they will go out together and do some shopping. As I'm only 13 years old, it hurts to see my brother just forget about me like that. He'll only be here for the holidays and he's already starting to forget about me. I feel so sad and maybe jealous. I've not seen him for over 10 years and I was so excited to see him today but now my hope is crushed. What should I do? I don't want to pester him and seem annoying. Help!
