Ok, so I was at lunch with a bunch of friends, and one of them put her elbows on the table. My other friend pushes her elbows off and tells her not to do that, because it's rude.
Does anyone know why she said that? Is it really rude to do that?

So many people have "answered" my questions without answering the question. It's like they read half the question or title, and start finding a way to treat you like crap. If you don't have knowledge of the subject, then answer a question that you do. some people on here, I wonder if they have any knowledge at all.

It's a co. department's practice to give monetary donation to co-worker whose family member passed away. I never failed to give or share to such donation. But when my brother died, they ignored such practice. After 2 weeks another co-worker's brother died. Then as if it's compulsory to give monetary help.

Which way is the freakin toilet paper supposed to go on the dispenser?Should it feed top to bottom in the front?Or bottom to top through the back?I know how I always do it,but everyone has an opinion on this one.Don't forget to defend your logic.Seeing it on an old broadcast of All in the Family doesn't count

I'm not sure if I am imagining it or not, but I think there may be some kind of interest between me and a coworker. Last week I noticed that he was looking at me as I was walking nearby and, and today I needed to go into the office to do my end of day work routine... and knocked on the door and i could hear nikola and steve talking saying its her and opened the door for me. steve was sitting at his computer and after she left, he got up, and spoke to me, and said how busy he was tonight as he is the operator of the admin and ticketing office so we were chatting away, and he told me that he would be working till 130 am which is when i asked what he had planned for next week, he said nothing but solid work. So i tried to be subtle and asked him if he had much of a socialife and he said no, nothing but home! so i thought did i just say something i shouldnt have asked?? as I was about to leave he said u forgot something and he handed me my paperwork and our fingers touched .

I dropped my checkbook at the doctor's office, and they called and said they have it there. Would you offer a reward to them? I don't have much to give, but I could give them $20.

Recently my husband showed me some "funny" pics of women in sexist situations on his work email. Apparently co-workers and his boss email these around. I'm not too amused and have not met his boss yet. Would you bring the topic up or not? I think it's rather tasteless - it's a work computer, but I don't want to jeopardize his job either.
