I live in an Apartment Complex and I have been here for 10 years with no problems, during the summer I asked to move to a 2 bedroom apt. The only thing is is that I now have people above me that make all kinds of noise at night, they bump, knock and drag stuff across the floor all the time. In the old 1 bedroom apt. that I was in there was no one above me to get on my nerves. I will be mentioning this to the manager of this complex but in what way do I say all the nasty things that I'm going to say in a nice way. I think she could have been more consideriate when she put someone above me. After all I have been here for 10 years and they just got here this past weekend. Please pray that I hold my peace.

These people have genuine concerns. Their is absolutely no need for anyone to ever be rude to anyone when they have a question.

I do. But at the same time I think that it could send the wrong message to other people. You know, like they might think that you are avoiding them for other reasons. But in reality, that isn't the case. You simply don't want to rain on anyone's parade. You know?

We just moved into a place and the noise from next door was bad. We asked the office to ask them to quiet dow. They went over there and they did quiet down. For about 12 hours. Then my brother noticed loud bass over there the next night. He called the cops. The cops went over there and asked them to quiet it down. Didn't give them a ticket. They hardly quieted down. Then the next night, the guys moved a massive screen TV into their apartment and cranked it. We called the cops again. The cops said that they can't do anything about it because we live in an apartment. He would have to hear it from the outside. He couldn't. But he said the walls were very thin inside. He went over there and asked them to quiet down. Later, I wrote them an anonymous note explaining to stop the banging and loud bass. Now tonight we hear nothing but loud banging and slamming. I had to get out of there. What can we do? I feel trapped because they are doing this on purpose and getting away with it.

An older couple across the street from me gave me a lot of firewood. I want to get them something to say thanks. What should I get for them? Would a thank you card do or a gift?

I have left my husband because he found my porn collection. He discovered that I have cut out the faces and replaced them with my lover Steve - who is our neighbour. I didn't know what to say so I said sorry and ran to my neighbour. The neighbour, Steve, is wonderful and told me that I should go back and say that the photographs of his head from a passport is actually his twin brother and that the magazine doesn't belong to me but my auntie. Will my husband believe this? Or should I stay with Steve as my husband might not of heard my calls of "Yes!" last night and making a bit of noise as he's a deep sleeper.

I only got one. I should have known there was going to be a problem when I saw her go in with 2 cases of beer, 6 cans of Dinty Moore beef stew and a can opener. She's been in there for 3 days already. I gotta go. I mean I really got to go. And Ole Ernie the dog wants his water bowl back. But I don't want to be rude.
