I've been working in the restaurant industry going on ten years now. I've always been told I'm an excellent server, maybe I'm not, according to some people. Now, when I say "most" don't look over that word. Some people call it stereotyping.. I say "go ahead, prove me wrong." In fact, some places that I work, the servers and I (yes, Afrifcan American servers too) argue about who's going to have to take the table with black people or other minorities. Is this stereotyping? To a point yes. But when I've been proven right time after time with $70 tabs and 3$ tips (If that) I think it becomes something more than that. It becomes reality. It really is almost comical. Now, keep in mind, I have a few African American regulars that tip excellent. (20-25) percent. And I also have some white trash that tip horrible too....but I will say in all honesty, that for some reason, black people and minorities in general tip horrible.

Whenever I am at the pool or at the beach and I am getting out the water, the swimtrunks tend to hug my package. I am not trying to brag, but seriously, I am very well endowed and I always notice women staring. Do you stare in this situation? Do you think it's inappropiate? I used to try to hide, It's easier to just keep on walking ignoring the stares. What's is a woman's perspective on this?

I live in a three floor apartment. I am on a second floor. My upper neighbors are very careless. I always hear loud noises from the neighbors before a quiet time from 10:30 pm because they let their children run and jump freely in their unit until the quiet time. I talked to my manager and also wrote two complaint letters to the manager, but she said she can not do any thing because the noises are not made in the quiet time. I also talked to my neighbors, but it didn't work, and they has done it more often. What should I do now when my neighbors always make loud noises before the quiet time?

I'm not one of those people going around suing people to try and become rich. I believe I have a legit claim. I am currently a freshamn in college. At the start of my junior year in high school I began playing football for my high school team. After three months of wearing a Riddell Company football helmet I noticed my forehead was psuhing down on my brow (the area between my eyes). I now have a furrowed angry expression, as opposed to the normal appearance I had before I wore the Riddell football helmet. the helmet caused this change, and some of my teammates and my family members noticed the change. I am personally scarred by this, as I in public I am very self-conscious about it, and I find myself raised my eyes so my forehead stretches and looks normal. I believe Riddell is responsible for this disfigurement of sorts, but should I go after them or do any of you think that this is not legitimate. Please be honest and helpful with your responses. thanks.

has just gone to work and makes his girlfriend wait for him to come back from work.She has a heavy drink/heroin problem and is 39 .Ive tried to be nice but is beyond help.She is noisy,rude and the daughter of a top policeman.My question, shall I sell the story to the gutter press cos I dont think she will make another Winter

Does anyone ever really check into what their problems really are or do you wait til its too late. I went to medical school and am continuously reading about certain diseases and conditions even if I am not in that particular field. Yet I see some of you so called nurses answering questions that you dont even have the right answers for. Come on do your homework. A nurse is supposed to learn on a continuous basis. And to be caring and as far as I am concerned there are only a few of you on here that are, and you know who you are.. Ask yourselves are you really in it for the patients or for the money or title. You will find out who you really are if you do..This is a question within a question and you will totally look inside yourself to see who you truely are or you will be totally upset with this analysis because you are just simply arrogant.

Buses, offices, restaurants, you name it, they are everywhere, blowing that second-hand dangerous smoke in our non-smokers lungs...If you object, some of them respond rudely, very few are gentlemen and put out their cigarettes. My opinion is that smoking produces bad mannered people, dirty and un-hygienic...sort of...Comment?

We have neighbors (tenants) next door who constantly play loud thumping music all hours of the night/morning. Not only that they are noisy out in the street and all the other neighbors are really fed up with it. We have spoken to the owners of the property as well as the police but nothing seems to be working. They are not the sort of people that are easily approachable - any ideas ??

I like wearing colored underwear and it seems like I get more erections when I wear it as opposed to white underwear? Is this normal has it happened to anyone that wearing colored underwear can make you have more erections? If I'm walking and have one should I ignore it or be worried that someone will see and comment? I imagine noone will notice but I could be wrong?

It seems sometimes people are insistent to the point that you have to devise a clever yet credible lie to accomplish the purpose. I don't really like lying in this situation but somehow feel that if I don't I will be sacrificing either tact or effectiveness in my response.

So i was making dinner for us and he comes up to me and he was like were you looking through my cellphone and i was like um no and then i continued cooking and ignored him cause i know when he gets like that he never stops and he was like i know you were looking through it cause some of the numbers were deleted and i was like maybe you deleted them by accident and he called me the c word and he was like dont f with me and i was like what and then i put down the stirring spoon that i was stirring with while he was talking and confronted him and i was like excuse me what did you say and he was like you heard me and then i slapped him and then i was like you want dinner? then order it! i'm too sexy to be talked to like that! and then i went upstairs. Who was rude here?

I hate the obnoxious Christmas letters that are a big brag-fest. What do you think of them? I don't mind getting a "form letter" if it's just a normal letter and not an entire page of bragging. I prefer to send a short hand-written note in each of my cards. I did have a pretty good year and I'd love to send a braggy letter to the people that send me one every single year, but I don't think I could actually go through with it.
