Why is God completely ruled out? I've often wondered about those that believe in evolution... Where did the fish, ape, or what it is they feel we evolved from, come from? Do they really think it was from an exposion? You can't find the materials on earth that it took to make a human.

Seems to me, progress, reason, and intelligent thought were suppressed as much as possible by the church at this time in history.....

I live near the St. Louis Zoo, and I am puzzled as to why it needs to hire so many employees. Noah and his family, who numbered less than 10, were able to take care of all of the world's animals (including ones that are now extinct) for thirty days without being resupplied. The St. Louis Zoo takes care of only a fraction of the number of animals that were on the Arc, but its employees number in the hundreds. My calculations, based on the book of Genesis, show that only 1 or 2 employees could handle the workload at the St. Louis Zoo.

Should I be outraged at this waste of taxpayer money?

If you have accepted Christ as your savior, then you are a Christian. I have no problem with that. But once you do that, you cannot be Jewish. The belief systems are not compatible. Does it make a difference that other Jews do not consider you Jewish?

is because if it is true, then all this "progress" humanity has made and technological/scientific advances have all been completely pointless? Everything humans have accomplished has just been a waste. Everything we do is meaningless. Everything we know amounts to nothing...

If God exists, then He is all that matters. Is this what bothers you the most?

and if He does exist, how would you feel about it? Would you change and follow His law?

*I'd also like to point out that none of you truly know who He is, calling Him a "dictator", "tyrant"...etc, is wrong. As a man, He would be kind, caring, loving, compassionate, understanding... alot like Christ, I suppose.

So is this the type of guy you would follow? If so, then you truly 'know' what is important. If not, then... I, honestly, wouldn't know what to say to that... it's your loss, i guess... a very eternal one.
