Atheist are so quick to tell us that the Founding Fathers of America were not Christians...far from it they tell us. To suggest otherwise will fling them into a level 5 Panty-Wad with Neck Veins POPPING!!!......right?

SUDDENLY they are NOW Neo-Right-Wing Christians who enslaved the Africans..how very convenient of them. Even the Liberal Hero Thomas Jefferson (owner of over 100 slaves) is abandon and no father of theirs..they say!

What was once a fine city that embodied personal freedom and true character has been reduced to a kindergarden.

Are you mad? Shall Chicago be known as “Sweethome P.E.T.A.”? For goodness sake, take a look ANY food and analyze the care of the livestock. Just because it is enjoyed by few I suppose it is easy to ban.

So you care about geese and ignore cows and chickens? Why not get on a plane and inspect all of McDonald's processing faculties and ban their restaurants? If as alderman you think you should be food police then equally apply your justice across all foods/delicacies. If fois gras should be banned, leave it to the federal govenment.

You are a sad group and ruining a city I used to be proud of calling my hometown. I travel to Chicago often and spend a lot of money at restaurants such as Tru. No more!

What a pitiful waste of time, invasion of individual rights and ruination of a great American city.

I have found that both religions have certian doctrians that seem rather intreging to me, such as no trinity, no pastors/teachers other then white men, the addition of their transtations/books, and most of all the lack of expertise or schooling! why are these so intreging you ask, because I am tring to keep an open mind and bridge the gap of divitions amongst religions

OK so my Mexican gardener just happens to be named Jesus.

He tells me a lot of zaney shite. I thnik that you crackheads need to realize something.

My friend Jesus is not going to hell solely because his mother decided to name him Jesus, nor am I.

Im not going to hell because my mexican gardener, Jesus, told me that "once you go mexican you never want sex again". Thats in no way blasphemous whatsoever.

Why do you keep confusing my Mexican garderer with your Jesus?

Do you really know him as well as you think if you keep mixing him up with a sweaty, 5 foot tall, grey haired mexican?

I was happily browsing my other deliciously-created questions, and someone reminded me that the average IQ is 100.

I've only socialized with people whose IQs have been at the very least 125--luckily--so I'm not exactly sure how people with IQs of 100 behave. (This is when I praise the American education system for separating the garbage from the elite through honors courses, etc.)

How do they behave? Can they even comprehend words that are not monosyllabic? Are they truly....morons?

It so crazy no matter which Christains i speak to about it , they all have the same brain washed answers. And also when they cant win an arguement, they just walk away. This is not to offend anyone--but I expect scholarly answers.
Some of you believe that--probably religious figures like Jesus or
Mohammed are historical figures and what they did(being intelligent enough to convince the mass) is to creat some religious dogmas about God, angels etc.--some of which they borrowed from the existing religious traditions and some were unique. Do you really think that they believed in the stories or sleight-of-hand(miracles)
that they used for some selfish purposes(according to non-religious views) or they didn't? Doesn't that mean they were Atheists themselves? So--do you think that it can be another theory that--most
so-called revealed Theistic missionary religions are Atheistic Conspiracy and created by Intelligent Atheists with some concrete agenda? It took me six months to read the Bible from cover to cover. I'm afraid I may have missed this nugget of knowledge somewhere along the way. The only mention of angels described them in really eye opening ways, nothing like the angels we have popularized. Did I miss the scripture, or is this a common misconception believed by society at large?

I work with the public and I am finding more and more people curse while speaking. I don't care about cursing when we have a personal relationship, but if it's business, what's with the foul language?!? I am hearing the elderly curse, otherwise intelligent people curse, and people even cursing in front of their young children? It's almost as if no one has manners anymore, and what's especially disturbing is that if it's a man, they do not censor themselves in front of a lady. I would feel strange cursing in front of someone I don't know while transacting business; I wouldn't know if I am insulting them or not. It seems very rude.
