Why does God need a sacrifice for our sins?
Why did God not eliminate Satan immediately as opposed to exposing us to his sin if it was not his will?
If Jesus died for our sins, then why is there a hell?

I am not mocking (as I believe in God) but trying to understand.

It seems that whenever there's a forum that can bridge people together to discuss issues or seek advice it always turns into a pissing contest. I know it's easier to bash one another from the privacy of your own home or school or work, but come on. If you feel so stronly about it that you hate someone or something then get off your *** be a real man or woman and let your voice be heard. I don't approve of hate speech, but it saddens me to see this wonderful technology put to waste.

Do you think that people who get sex changes should have to make it clear to those they are planning to have intercourse with that they have had a sex change (i.e. reveal their birth sex to their "partners")?

I think it would be unethical if this information was kept from their "partner." I wouldn't like to have sex with a "woman" who used to be a man, just because that is not my preference. I know, however, that many "post-ops" do not disclose their birth sex to their "partners."

I guess this is a question of privacy versus ethical disclosure.

Neither do you.

All anyone has is speculation and scientific theory and lengthy mathematical equations.

I don't have anything against any creationists, but if you state that you know how it happened you're wrong no matter what you think. Unless you saw it happen you don't know, don't try to convince me of a religion because it provides answers for something I don't know, because you don't know either. Neither of us knowing isn't proof for either of us. Logic isn't necesarily proof either.

Keep an open mind and don't let religion blind you or convince you that you know something because it said so. I don't claim to know anything for sure besides what can be proven, retested, and proven again.

Is it so unreasonable to ask that people don't act like they know something when they obviously can't?

My boyfriend is Puerto Rican and doesn't always understand what I'm saying because he moved here like a year ago. SO i wanted to tell him this:

Passed down by my Mama (x). Its too short to worry yourself half to death, and problems always resolve themselves over time. Sometimes you can even look back and laugh, cause it all looks so clear with hindsight.
