It took me some while to register to yahoo so I would like a fast answer. I took old wine (could be two months or so), ~1,5dl that was left in the bottle and added water to boil rice. Now it should almost be finished but now I'm getting scared... Is there any risk for something toxic? Will ethanol decompose to methanol for example??
It is not uncommon to use wine in food preparation but now I'm getting nervous anyway...
