Can anyone think of anything that this might be? It's a 4 letters and I keep meaning to google but can never remember what it is. I thought it was DHCP and then I realised that was a computer thing. I'm just trying to figure out what this guy is trying to stop. Thanks!

I recently mixed Bleach and Varnish remover and was surprised when it was a little over 100 degrees. Because when I poured them they were both room temperature or a little below. Anyone know why that would be?
