Pepsoglaphin has something to do with paper-making. Does anyone know what it is, how it's used, various properties? Is it toxic, or a pollutant?

Thanks

SiO2 have lower b.p. and m.p. (2980,1610) than the MgO (3600,2852) and Al2O3 (2980,2027). Why?
since sio2 is in macromolecular lattice structure, it should have higher lattice energy than the ionic compound...
my lecturer explain to me that the sio2 is amorphous solid...
is it correct?

I always ponder over this question, might be a person who is good with chemistry can answer this well.

Which is the most inflamable gas?
Ans: Hydrogen (H)

Which is the best combustion supporter?

i just want to know on what basis did moeller make his diagram and how come there is no 2d or 1p or 3f orbital?

i know that a p-orbital has a dumbell shape and is categorised into
Px, Py, Pz orientations. If an electron is having the configuration of np1, does it revolve around x or y or z orientation?and lets say it rotates at some specific orientation. If the shape of p-orbital is dumbell shaped, that means, theres a common point in the centre (of the dumbell) which is the nucleus which implies the electron travels THROUGH the nucleus. How is it possible?
