Do any of you biology brains know anything about weight loss from a biology prespective. Just wondering because me and my freind lesley were always fat and she got her masters in Biology and now she is skinny. I think she learned some stuff in school that helped her but she wont tell me. Does anyone have any insights you can share with me?? I am not too much of a science brain.

In my biology book it says 78% nitrogen is inspired air and 75.40 Expired, but the actual volume of nitrogen inspired and expired is the same... So why say that tge percentage volume inspired and expired is different?

Also why is the actual volume of inspired and expired Nitrogen the same?
