Trying to Conceive - November 2006

I have 2 kids.1 f/ my 1st who took 4yrs to conceive. 2nd by my ex- it took 10mths. Now I'm back w/ my 1st & its been 4 1/2 yrs of trying to conceive we are unsuccessful. Is there a problem? him? me?

I am trying to concieve a boy. (I have 2 girls now.) Everything points to having sex on day 14 or so, plus a bunch of other stuff. However, in the heat of the moment we unded up together on day 12 (last night.) I REALLY do not want another girl, although I don't mind, just worked so hard at researching for a boy.
What are your thoughts? Do you think it is possible that we just did it too soon and I can still dream of a boy? Or did I mess up big time?

My husband and i had unprotected sex Nov. 6, 11, 15...after a week from the first time, i got really bloated and began to get pains and cramps in my belly. My breast seemed larger, and the blue veins on my breast were more prominent, like you could see them from 10 ft away. I took 2 tests a week after the second time we had unprotect sex and they were both negative. I got my period Nov 23, and i am more bloated than usual and my breast are looking a bit swollen...could i still be pregnant?? When should i test...a day or a week or how many days after my period ends?

Ok, do you ovulate before or after your period? Trying to conceive, ovulated on 13th Oct. Should have started today. Past two days and today have had brownish/pinkish light spotting. Test was neg this morning. No feelings of period cramping, but breasts very tender, very tired. I just dont know what to think.

Any1 experience low sex drive during ovulation? My husband & i been ttc for some time but i realise tat whenever my ovulation comes, my body feels very tired and feverish. I even suffer from discomfort in my womb and lower back aches. All these made me very difficult to get 'turn on'.

I started my last period on October 26. I was put on Metformin and Clomid 5-9 100mg. I went to the doctor and they said I did ovulate this month. I was to get my period yesturday, but nothing. I did have a small amount spotting and I mean small i dont know if I would even call it spotting, with some brown discharge, just one time when wiped. Nothing today. I took a pregnancy test and negative. Could what I had yesturday be implantation bleeding? Should I count this month out? What could be going on?

hi, I'm 19 DPO and 5 days late on my period... and 2 hpt's (first response early pregnancy test) have come out negative. I have been feeling really tired, been throwing up for the last 6 days, having twinges and cramps in my abdomen and having headaches all the symptoms of pregnancy. I'm so upset, Ive been trying to get pregnant 3 months (3 ovulations) and last time I tryed I really thought it worked, there was sperm in me whilst ovulating and I wasnt stressed!!

Now I know I may seen really impatience but I feel since I'm 20 it should happen right away. Any suggestions, and is it normal?

My partner thinks we should stop trying (like stop buying ovulation kits ect.) and it might happen, I don't know if that will work ?

I am already 2 years married, but upto now i still dont have a baby. My menstruation is irregular. Me and my husband had pre-marital sex for 6 years before getting married. I have heard several stories from other women about how they got pregnant on the last day of their period or few days before their period was due. Ive also heard not every woman ovulates mid cycle. so if a person has sex ten days before period is there zero chance she will get pregnant?
