I have bought all the usual stuff in preparation for my baby due to be born soon. But I was wondering if there was anything you never thought to get, but became invaluable once the baby arrived...?

The area looks clean and there isnt any smell or anything that looks infected but i dont know how its meant to look... things still look a little big and i feel like a dragging feeling.. its like when u push down to pee but its not me pushing.. its sort of hard to explain, i know my muscles need to go back to how they where.. but i dont know whats considered normal and whats not

Are there any advantages or disadvantages to the different circumcision methods used today? I've heard that there are several ways that this is done now and that some produce better results than the others and one to definately avoid.
Which causes the least pain and gives the best result?

My sister is going to be a mom for the first time and I'm going to be an uncle for the first time. I don't know my niece yet but I'm already to spoil her. I wanted to get my sister a stroller but I have no clue what so ever about strollers. SO MOMS and DADS OUT THERE PLEASE HELP ME? I liked the JEEP stroller but is it more a novelty or is it worth my money to invest....Please give suggestions to good baby strollers!!!? all advice welcome.

My son just turned three months yesterday and for the past couple of days he has been a real pain to get to sleep. He has cried for about an hour and a half before finally falling asleep (and thats with me rocking him, talking to him, trying everything).

Before, he was such a quiet baby. Never cried unless he was hungry or wanted some attention, that's why at first I had no idea what was wrong.

Lately he has been drooling a lot and biting on his thumb and whole hand. (He never sucked his thumb before and wouldnt take a pacifier.)

I can feel little teeth on his gums, but they are not visible yet. I gave him baby tylenol last night at six thirty, and still at eight thirty he was screaming and screaming. There was no calming him except walking around and patting him and letting him gnaw on his hand.

Finally, my fiance went to get some orajel and about twenty minutes later he went to sleep. But I heard that giving them orajel all the time is not good (and the bottle said not
