ok i took a prego test my periods not for another 3 days. the test said negative..so i went to lunch came back and looked at test again 1hr later. the negative sign had the 2nd line suuuuuuper light barley visable..only when put to light and look hard at? 2nd test same thng ..

wierd pain in my lower region ( vagina area) almost like the baby is moving down......

I am being induced on Wed, is there a chance that the internal exam stirred up some hormones are something and dilated me further..... help confused

This is my second baby and I never sat around at 4 cm with her in fact I was only at 1cm when I was admitted to the hosptial with my 1st daughter , this seems wierd to be 4cm and not in the hospital

My 17.5 YO Stepdaughter want to run away from her grandmother's who is her guardian, and who is moving them all to WA to CA. She is at my house since friday, and wants to stay. We called CPS, and the police. No one will help us. Any ideas on how we can keep her?

I'm curious, I went to lunch with a friend who just moved back to town and she brought along her eight year old son. He couldn't cut his own food (it was a waffle, not a steak or anything like that), refused to use silverwear and even ate part of his mothers salad with his fingers and wouldn't use a napkin (she had to clean his hands). Then he just wandered off to sit at another table by himself and play with the table setting. Then another table. And another. It made me very uncomfortable since he seemed too old for this kind of behavior and his mother just accepted it as how he should behave. I'v been avoiding going out with her because of this. Is this normal? Am I just out of touch from kids today?

If my son is going to have curly hair .. at what age should that come in?
He's 3 months old and still hasn't lost his birth hair.
My husband and I are both very blonde [my hair is naturally curly and his is stick straight].
I had really curly hair as a baby [shirley temple like] and I still have those curls!
But since my husband has stick straight hair .. is there more of a chance he'll have straight hair? [being that they are both males?]
I've always gotten compliments on my curls and I'm hoping he gets them too! :]
Also, when will his eyes change to our color blue [his dad and I have very blue eyes]? but my baby still has the grey/blue eyes that all babies are born with.
When will they start to turn our color blue?

my period started october 18, my periods are irregular, they usually last 7 to 8 days, im having a hard time figuring our my luteal phase and when i ovulate. please send baby dust my way, ive already signed up with my monthly cycles.com i need adivce on when my bf and I should start trying. what are the signs of ovulation?

My son just turned 4 months. His Acid Reflux has peaked very bad. Projectile vomiting with every feeding, not gaining weight, wheezing, screaming and crying, not getting enough fluids, etc. I just asked a question about cereal in the bottle and all the response were, its bad, its not recommended. I was just asking about switching, I do not want people telling me not to do it. He just started rice cereal in the bottle about 5 days ago. And he's a completly different baby. He's happy, no screaming or crying anymore, no more vomiting, he's keeping everything down now. I tried spoon feeding him, he is NOT ready. People just dont understand, if they have never gone through it. But If I can I would really like to keep him off th meds. But the problem now is he's getting constipated and not enough wet diapers. Should I switch to a different cereal? he's getting rice now. Is it ok to put oatmeal in the bottle?? DONT answer if you dont have experience. Any other advice for Acid Reflux. THANKS

I had a miscarriage 2 night ago and the bleeding has slowed down a lot. I had no cramps yesterday at all and I didn't today either until about an hour ago. I started feeling more cramps again and then I went to use the bathroom and passed another clot. It was pretty large but my bleeding hasn't increased after passing it. I know you can continue to bleed for a week or so after a miscarriage but how long will you continue to pass tissue for? Does it usually all pass the same day or can it take a few days to stop passing clots? I am suprised that I passed more tissue because in the ER 2 nights ago I passed several clots raning anywhere from nickel size up to golf ball size and the one I just passed was about the size of a golf ball but I think it was the baby because it had a string type thing attached to it. I'm assuming it was maybe the placenta and umbilical cord attached to the sac with the baby in it. How long will the passing of tissue go on?

My back has never been in tip top shape to begin with but now here I am in my last trimester and there isn't one day that my back isn't killing me. I told my OB about it and said I'd been advised by family to try walking to help with the pain and he said that would make it worse. But he failed to tell me what would make it better. Any suggestions?

I can't believe that I probably get pregnant after the broke up with that asshole ex boyfriend, what should I do with it if I am really pregnant? I am not sure if I am pregnant, because this month the period hasn't come yet, also I feel sick these days, but last week I bought the birth control test, it said that I wasn't pregnant. I am afraid of that, coz I don't wanna take the abortion or give birth to the baby. I am worried.

hi, I have 3 boys, ages 14,11 and 9. When they are in chlorinated pools for an extended period of time...ie when on vacation, their skin on their face and neck, sometimes on their arms becomes very red and blotchy and when I apply sunscreen it stings!!!!! This usually happens on about day 2 or 3 of our vacation after prolonged exposure to the pool water. Any suggestions for any barriers that could be applied to their skin to prevent the initial problem from happening or any suggestions at all!!! thanks.

I have two daughters- 4 and 2. My 2 year old is currently going through potty training and my 4 year old is in preschool. I volunteer in her preschool class as often as I can and teach Sunday school, which involves making up a lesson plan every week. I have two dogs- one of which is just a puppy and I'm housebreaking her. I do some writing for a newsletter every week. I don't work outside of the home- so all the housework & cooking falls on me. I balance the checkbook. I do all the "at home" stuff. And it doesn't bother me at all. What DOES bother me is when people feel the need to ask how I find the time- it always makes me feel like they think I'm not doing as good a job as I should be with some things because I do too much. I don't work outside the home- I have NOTHING but time! Is it stupid of me to be bothered by this question? If not, how do I tell them this question bothers me without coming off rude?

We live in the thumb area of Michigan. We have 4 kids that would need to be watched. They are ages 11,9,3, & 2 years old. My 11 year old is more like a helper & isn't going to need much "sitting", also most of the times it would be night hours & one or both babies would be in bed. The sitter going to my husbands niece who is 17 & want to pay accordingly. We haven't ever had a sister & don't know what would be fare to pay. Do I pay per child or per hour? A flat rate/per-day? How does this work?

My son (4 months old) recently started on rice cereal mixed in his bottle due to Acid Reflux. It has helped tremendously, he stoped spitting up and having projectile vomit. He still spits up but its like normal spit-up now. He doesnt scream and cry with every feeding now. Thank god!! But now he's getting constipated and not having as many wet diapers. Should I switch to oatmeal?? He's getting rice right now. I've heard rice can be binding and cause constipation. Is it ok for him at 4 months to switch to oatmeal?? Or is there another kind I should try before oatmeal?? And is it ok to put others besides rice in the bottle?? I need some advice please. First time Mom, and I'm just not sure about cereal. Thank you tons!! And please dont tell me not to put cereal in his bottle, I would rather do that than put him on meds, besides its been a complete turn around, he's a completly different baby now. Before he jut seemed miserable all the time.Thanks!!
