Thats how much I will be paying in childcare a year once I return to work in January.

I am thinking about maybe, instead of taking the children to a childminder and a nursery to have a nanny. However, I cant really afford to pay them much more than £12k.

Would I get a nanny for that? I would obviously want a ver y responsible nanny with tons of experience as my youngest will only be 5 months old.
