Ever since I been out of the USCG, since 2003, I can't find a decent job here in this hell on earth place in Lafayette, LA. I have tried working electrical construction, offshore, sales, and I always get screwed over eventually, by these cajuns. It's every man for himself around here, and if you don't believe everything Bush says, don't own a 4 wheeler, don't hunt, or don't suck crawfish heads, they won't like you. I wish I could move.

Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Ted Kennedy? I never
hear them speak a nice word.......it's always name calling
and screaming. Believe me, none of them are saints either.

If our intelligence in Iraq was wrong about WMDs, could it have been wrong about the precise locations of all those targets we all saw exploding on TV. We were so rushed to start the war that we didn’t have time to properly arm our soldiers, so couldn’t this info have been acquired in a hurry with hastily drawn conclusions about the locations. In other words, if the Bush Administration wasn’t any more concerned about preventable deaths and injuries among our own troops than to send them into battle without body armor, why would they worry about killing and maiming a few more innocent Iraqis.

50% in 5 years? Don't you think the dems would be chanting " it's the economy, stupid " if they held the House, Senate, and the White House? And if you're a liberal democrat, what happened?

The network news (ABC, NBC, MSNBC, CNN) would have you believe that the economy is not good.

Even with all the money that goes into the war we are doing great! Personal debt has gone down. Yet there is so much that needs to be done.

After 911 the Dow went down to 7,000.

Prior to 911 web based companies were closing left and right, prior to Bush be sworn in!
I know this because I lived in Seattle WA and delivered a lot office supplies to web based companies that went belly up!

The Dow is nearing on 12,000 showing that the economy is strong and has recovered!

Unemployment is at 3.7% the lowest in history.

The Trade deficit has been CUT IN HALF 3 years ahead of scheduled.
AHEAD OF SHEDULE.

The tech industry that got US in trouble the last time for lying to investors is now moving at a decent rate! Sure those jobs don’t pay the same that they use to, but they were filled with corruption and little productivity.

Soon it will be an employees market.

President Bush said that tax cuts would help us, and help the economy. He never reduced spending but increased it in education, and military.

WHAT HAPPEN?

Shays Nails Kennedy on Chappaquiddick.

only took 37 years, but finally a politician has taken Democratic Sen. Edward Kennedy to task for the drowning death of a young campaign worker in 1969. Most surprisingly, the comments come from the "moderate" Republican congressman from Connecticut, Chris Shays. He did it in the context of Democrats' phony outrage over the Mark Foley mess and their accusations of a coverup and calls for the resignation of House Speaker Dennis Hastert.

The best quotes:

"I know the speaker didn't go over a bridge and leave a young person in the water, and then have a press conference the next day."

"Dennis Hastert didn't kill anybody."

Mary Jo Kopechne was not available for comment.

If Democrats were so concerned about the safety of people in Washington, DC - including pages - all members of the Kennedy family would be forbidden to operatate a motor vehicle within city limits.
