Why is everyone else responsible for your situation? If you are poor it is your fault. This is the greatest country on Earth where dreams come true and fortunes are made. I am sick of you spoiled little children blaming everyone else for your problems. "School costs too much. My job is too far away. My welfare was cut. My birht control is too expensive. I can't afford air jordans." Stop crying and start taking care of business! If the schools suck get rid of the Cadilac truck and put that money towards a private school for your kids.

I've seen some people referring to people who "support the gay lifestyle" here.

Who the **** are you to "support" or "oppose" someone else's life as if it was a political issue?

go support your own lifestyle and get over it

by the way, a republican democracy is designed to protect the rights of the minority over the whims of the majority... so don't tell me you are the majority and should be able to evict or whatever it is you want to do to all the gay people

refute.

It's often said that flagburning is a right defended by more "liberal" shades of the political spectrum.I see no rightful reason to burn one,but isnt having that right legal something that could lend itself to a "conservative" argument,as in an exercising of the First Ammendment?

Dont acuse me of wanting to burn an American flag.I never will.I am just trying to get a read of people's perception of ideologies.

Tomorrow will be sung this graet patriotic song hopefully by all.Now the sikhs have objected to it.However is it really the litmus test for patriotism ?Some people are palying the hidden agenda and innocent public has fallen pray to it.This agenda is to mix up nationalism with hindu symbols with malafied intention to alienate muslims from the mainstream.Shekar on Janmat t.v.channel asked one muslim whether his religion is greater than the country. He answered affirmatively. The audience laughed at him.Now practically in every national project opening ceremoney Hindu rituals are performed first.[i.e religion comes first before nation] Every govt function starts with Saraswati/ Ganesh vandana[i.e religion comes first before the country]Now even 15th of Aug or 26th of Jan is celebrated aftr performing Hindu rituals.[nation comes aftrwards]See tdays papers and you'll come to know that even Tchers day is mixed up with Hindu dieties. Why the Muslims are required not to follow their religion ?

Maybe I'm just not listening, but I never seem to hear Democrats give solutions to:

The War in Iraq
The War on Terrorists
Illegal Immigration
Social Security

Please enlighten me.

I'm asking this and I'll ask a few more similar questions later to try to get an idea of which political opinions are commonly linked and if anyone separates them...

People who are against Clinton, especially those who often refer to him as a traitor, etc., do you believe that global warming exists?

And vice versa, anyone believe global warming doesn't exist but likes or is not against Clinton?

Also, about global warming, take into account that the White House has reluctantly recognized the fact that human activity can affect the climate.

And those who don't believe in global warming, do you believe in pollution's being a public health problem?

Thanks

Oh come on now are we really that stupid? Yesterday they found the biggest oil deposit and stocks are rising while fuel prices are dropping. It was old news or better put new propaganda to jump start the Bush legacy. They are in trouble. Everything in this country rides on fuel prices and if there wasn't an important election in 8 weeks I would say it was long over due....

Would we have as many people think the US is evil?- no, we have multiplied that amount several times over. Who cares "what the world thinks"?
- Do you really wish for more and more people to think badly of the U.S.? Why wouldn't businesses wish to have trade and commerce with the U.S.?
They (the rest of the world) certainly are not very motivated now. The policies of the US have caused our international relations to sink to the worst lows in history, like "W"'s approval rating.

U.S. HEADING DOWN THE WRONG PATH

TIME FOR CHANGE

now lets see what intelligent responses show up here-

The day every single person in America stops questioning our Government is the day we turn from a Democratic Republic to a Totalitarian Dictatorship. If I am considered UnAmerican for questioning the way the President or Govt. are running the country, then I am UnAmerican. If not supporting every decision that the President or the Govt. make is UnAmerican then I am UnAmerican. Think of America as a family, when a family member disagrees with the family, does that mean he hates the family?

They are SO against EVERYTHING the President is doing. They are blind to what is needed to fight the war on terror simply because George Bush wants and needs to do it. I wish they sould stop being so political and support the United States of America!

As you all know elections are right around the corner. Both sides are bitterly clashing with the other side. But I feel like basing the Dems today. (Which by the way I find exciting) Anyways the first thing. The economy.
Boy were you guys wrong. You say that Americans can't find jobs. Funny but the news reports an increase in the employment level. And we are sitting at around a 4% unemployment rate. Which is damn good. The way you guys talk it's like Bush caused people to lose jobs. Once again need I remind you that there was also times when Clinton was in office, that there were unemployment. And it was also around 4% when Clinton was in office. So "WHY THE HELL ARE YOU CRYING FOR!"
Second, Dems say gas is high. That is a bunch of BS and you know it. You call gas around $2.40 in many parts of the country high? I mean i know gas used to be around $2 but, still you guys should be happy this adminstration brought the gas level down. Gas is never ever going to be the price it was

Below is a link to describe the 'hologram' theories as loony as they are. We ALL know planes hit the buildings on 9/11. The 'no plane' Theories are fringe theories and, just as there are fringe crazies on the left and right (or any other group that has some kind of support), there are crazies in the 9/11 truth movement.

We want a thorough investogation, one which the 9/11 panel admittedly didn't yield. Questions are unanswered and to say that things that are plainly sci-fi-ish (ie - no planes hit the towers) does nothing but insult our intelligence.

This article is for you avid supporters of the official story to hopefully clear up any ideas that 9/11 Skeptics rely on space aliens, possession, holograms - anything other than collected data, and holes in the official story. Thank you guys and please don't flame each other.

This is mainly a post for use as a resource. Take care and God Bless!!

Ted Stevens, R-Alaska, has placed a hold on a bill that would require the government to publish online a database of federal spending.

"He does have a hold on the bill," Stevens' spokesperson Aaron Saunders said recently. "At the time he placed the hold he notified Sen. [Tom] Coburn and his staff and identified several questions we had with the bill. Two weeks ago Sen. Coburn named Stevens as having a hold on the bill, so we don't consider it a secret."

but the Senator was not so transparent as his assistant would like us to think.. http://thinkprogress.org/2006/08/30/stevens-caught/

Is it fair for Secret Anything when it comes to federal spending?

The Bush Administration has been the most secretive and Cost-Ineffective ever.. has this complacency with "Hush Hush" Government activity created a status Quo ?
