Now don't get me wrong, I have no problem with Britain. But for many years they have owned the northren section of Ireland. The people of Ireland, and some British ( think Paul McCartney) have pushed for N. Ireland to join the rest of the nation, but Britain has refused. Also, Britain is home to a devolping muslim culture of extremism. Terrorists are arrested there on aweekly basis, and it's only a matter of time before something happens their again if the proper precautions aren't taken. But if GWB, who supposedly stands for freedom, doesn't speak up on these issues, how can he possibly stand for freedom. Could it be he fears he will lose his only ally? That that won't benefit him? That their isn't any oil there? what do you think ( Citizens of Britain, I repeat again, I have no problems with your country, I'm just trying to make a point here:)

As far as I can see there is nothing wrong with this question which was deleted in my view, unnecessarily... so I will answer it...

We are no more a target than any other non Muslim country. You hear more about it because you are in the UK.
Also, it is because Muslim Extremists are not deported in case it infringes their "human rights". In their own country they would be executed for preaching hate. The authorities have the power to get rid of the ringleaders but fail to do so in case there is a backlash from the liberal limp wrist-ed lefties who would gladly see this Great Britain of ours go down the pan and become just a bastardised culture of all that is bad with the world.
A multicultural society eh.... I don't remember ever agreeing to this. We have all been sold down the river by B-liar and the rest of his degenerate leeches.
It is about time we stood up to these politicians.

It seems these parties stand for much of what the average British person wants but are kept on the fringes by some of their more extreme policies, which tend to go against the British character. If they were to discard these (as Blair discarded clause 4) and form one party, could they win the next election?

We all have our opinions on the war in Iraq. Where do the Iraqi people stand? Do they want a democracy like we have? Do they want a country divided into Kurd, Shiite & Sunni's? Do they want us out of there so they can determine their own fate? I'm curious to what everyone thinks as well as any facts you might have to share. All thoughts are welcome...........

Most agree that FOX news spins news to the conservative side, or at least, doesn't spin it to the liberal side like all the others. Why then are the hit shows on FOX liberal leaning. In "Prison Break", the conspiritorial "company" is depicted as conservative while the prisoners, for the most part, are depicted as innocent or victims of circumstance.

On "House" you have the best diagnostician with a team of specialist who gets the diagnosis wrong 2 or 3 times before they get it right, almost killing the patient in the process. If one of the cases (incedental or the primary) is not sex related, I will be shocked. I know the "Touched By An Angel" type of programming doesn't make the same ratings, but is it so hard to make a show that doesn't contribute to the degradation of society?

Why is it that whenever you want to try to prove that Americans are inferior, you always bring up the point that most Europeans have passports, while few Americans do? Have you ever taken the time to look at a map? Are you aware that travelling, as I did a few months back, from Maryland on the east coast, to Texas, just HALFWAY across the country, is the same distance as going from Spain to Russia?

And has it ever occurred to you that most of our states are larger than all of your countries? Yeah, if I lived in Belgium, I'd practically need a passport just to go to the grocery store, and vacation time is pretty boring if you are stuck in a country the size of our largest city. Americans, however, can travel freely across a nation larger than your entire continent. Plus, we can freely travel to the two countries that border us. Why do we need passports except to fly over there and put up with the insufferable snobbery from you arrogant twits?

Get over your false cosmopolitanism.
