Could be safer? Probabaly a bit safer? Maybe not safer? the Iraqis are safer? This way we will catch Bin laden? Don't gamble with other peoples lives. Mr Bush says now, Bin Laden, terrorists in Iraq and Hezbolah are all the same form of new facists and we are engaged in the struggle of the century so we must make sacrifices and be patient. Who must make sacrifices?

can uo answer the following questions before forcing anybody to sing it ?
1.Is there any national song in the world which does not have the name of the nation like
vande matram ?
2.How many of you who want it to be sung by everybody, can sing it without any help ?
3.How many of the persons who can sing it, can tell the meaning of the song ?
4.When only few hundred out of the total population in India can sing it with meaning then
who are you to force the others to sing it ?
5.Whether the song was written for a novel or for the nation ? Whether the motive of the
auther was to glorify his nation or novel ?
6.Who the auther was seving when he wrote the song ?
7.Are the clerics on the higher level not required to just clarify that vande matram does not mean doing PUJA of the motherland but it simply means to glorify and to give respect to your motherland ?
Even after this if the muslims dont sing they are liable to be punished

Here is a new movie that is going to be played in brittish TV about President George Bush getting assassinated after its aired at the toronto film festival . As we know its only a Drama but do you think it will inspire people to try to do it ?

I'm not bashing religion here, just posing a question.

If you're reading this in the U.K. im sure you have similar problems. maybe not as prevolent but I recently read that religion has been creeping into western politics everywhere. give me your thoughts about YOUR COUNTRY as well.

Our government was based the western european enlightenment, not the bible. There are references to god but only because many of the writers of our original documents were christian. They did not think we should create laws based on the bible. oh quite the contrary. separation of church and state, remember that from history class? so why are christian groups and politicians trying to push their ideals on the public? land of the free right? maybe land of the free for christian conservatives. again, no offense

I left the UK 6 months ago and understand that things are going from bad to worse for the Grinning Idiot. What is the current feeling there? Will Gordon Brown be a shoe-in at the next election, or will Toryboy Cameron be in with a good chance?
