Would you want to be the next President?

I ask this because I certainly wouldn't. Imagine if the nation is a corporation. This corporation is deeply in the red, I mean sinking and sinking fast. The investor are pissed off as hell and expect you to pull a miracle out of your *** or they will fry you for the past guy's mistakes, who has only been able to keep the company by issuing massive amount of bonds. In addition, you have a hugh overhead, two subsidiary that is bleeding you dry and is extremely difficult to get rid of without hurting your company's reputation and stock price.

In addition, you have too many employees in too many extra departments and firing people and closing plant is never popular with your workers who also hold shares in your company.

There is also hostile companies who wouldn't mind seeing your company go down or at least your stock price.

And into all this, you go in knowing a portion of those in your company, WANT you to fail. Would you want this job?

Does the word "Conservative" in political campaign ads appeal to you?

I see most of the ads in my state (FL) use the word conservative like it's suppose to be appealing. It's a big turn off to me, how about you?

why do we spend so much for social programs?

i am a contractor in California and I've recently been working in some section 8 apartments. the people that live there are very nice people and also very poor, my heart went out to them. i can see why a lot of people feel we should dump tons of government money into places like this, but i don't think it's the right thing to do.

im a christian first then a regan conservative. jesus said helping the poor, orphans, and children is true religon. i feel it's the churches job to feed and house these people through the donations of its members out of a servants heart.
the government should not be in these neighborhoods because free money produces crime, a lack of strong work ethic and character. it is also generationaly binding. if you give an animal free food all the time it will eventualy become lazy and will not find its own food. if you then remove the food the animal dies. do you understand?

Will anyone answer my plea?

I am asking everyone who reads this question to please, please, PLEASE do just a little bit of research on candidates before you blindly vote. You may come to find that your political party is taking advantage of you and not truly representing you. Just look at their track records and make an informed vote. Do not just vote for the party the people around you vote for. I am not saying the other candidates in an election that did not get voted in would have done any better but if the common person smartens up and possibly starts voting for people other than the two mainstream candidates, the Libs and Cons may realize that they really are nothing without your support and they might start actually DOING something for you in office. You never know until you try. If you already do a little research and know who is best for you, great. Most people, however, don't and that is a fact. Kids vote for who their parents voted for but a lot has changed in politics the last 20 years. Please comment.

What do conservatives think of Neo Cons?

And how can one distinguish oneself from that camp? I find that more people are subscribing to the doctine of conservatism, yet falling for the antics of Neo Cons. With all the trade agreements, out sourcing, imperialistic foreign policies, and elinimation of civil liberities and veteran's benefit's that Neo Con's promote, why would any practically minded conservative be hoodwinked by this tomfoolery?
