I used to watch the O'reily Factor but not payed much attention to it since, I've grown a larger, more capable brain that understands that half of what he spews is crap. Remember when David Letterman said he wasn't as smart as O'reily but he was guessing that half of what he said was crap?

See this link for what an October surprise is:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/October_surprise

What's it going to be for October 2006? What is the story that the Republicans, members of the Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld war-profiteering cartel will pull out in October 2006 to show that Republicans should be elected? The WMD's found? They already tried that (Senator Rick Santorum botched that one good.) Osama finally killed? (Actually it will be the burned-beyond-recognition body of some Afghani civilian.) What will it be this year?

not one solution was offered by the left, just name calling , finger pointing and more of the usual blaming Bush.

Demoncrats if your not part of the solution, you are the problem.

I thought it was funny how he had Jon Stewart appologize to Geraldo Rivera. What I found more funnier is how Jon Stewart wanted to know why he should appologize, and Steven Colbert told him if "O'reily let him say that, it must be true". Oh man I love Colbert and Stewart. I also found funny how the author of "The Party of Death" said that some Republicans belong to this "Party of Death" and Colbert referred to his book cover by asking if the word Republican was in there too...

It seems to me that a lot of Americans have a problem with helping out Americans but those people are the same people that dont have a problem spending Billions of dollars each day in Iraq to help them out. Whats up with that. Should'nt we take care of our own even if there are few bad apples taking advantage of the system, I'm sure there are a few bad apples in Iraq.

I grew up in a poor white city just east of St. Louis and my family tells me that I am a democrate. I try to see all thing equally to form a reasonably good opinon for myself so I wanted to post this question.

I try not to pay attention to the news on political issues because I can spot spun Bullcrap, so please forgive my political ignorance.

I can really only see two reason why someone would think that George W. Bush would be a good president for two terms. (8 years).

First thing my best friend told me after he got out of Basic Training (navy) was that he was very happy that Bush was his leader. He felt that Bush wouldn't screw around during war and he would get things done. I don't know if he still feels that way. I have not spoke to him in sometime.

Secondly, everyday I am reminded of the George Bush religous connection. I get it. I would not consider myself a religious person but like I said, I am open-mindded.

This question was posed for knowledge not malice.

Americans respect their Government so much that democracy can not work there. Contempt and cynicism is necessary to chellenge the Government. Americans' mentality is such that any dictator would love this nation because he can do whatever he wants, and people are happy to enjoy their freedom of speach, which is meaningless in America. Speach does not have any impact on Americans closed minds.

I read an article in my local paper today about a 19-year-old "victim" who was evacuated to my city with her baby and boyfriend.

For the past year, she has stayed in a taxpayer funded shelter and since gotten pregnant again, while neither she nor her boyfriend have tried to get a job.

At what point do they need to take care of themselves instead of relying on me to support them?

Who thinks this is another demonstation of Bush's unaccountable self-esteem? Who bears more responsibility for W's presidency? His mother? Or, Karl Rove?

Do you think that when a someones love one is accidental killed by an Israeli air strike , they stop and think "oh gee why did they kill my family, was it because of Hezbollah!" no!
No one should be expected to think rationally when their country is attacked, we didn't
When 9/11 happened did We care why we were attacked?
No!
We only cared who was attacking us and how to get back at them.
I'm not condoning Hezbollah
I just think its pretty stupid that people think, that anyone would think rationally when their love ones are killed.
