First they came for the Muslims and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Muslim.
Then they came for the immigrants detaining them indefinitely solely upon the certification of the Attorney General and I didn't speak up because I wasn't an immigrant.
Then they came to eavesdrop on suspects consulting with their attorneys and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a suspect.
Then they came to prosecute non-citizens before secret military commissions, and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a non-citizen.
Then they came to enter homes and offices for unannounced "sneak and peek" searches and I didn't speak up because I had nothing to hide.
Then they came to reinstate Cointelpro and resume the infiltration and surveillance of domestic religious and political groups and I didn't speak up because I no longer participated in any groups.
Then they came to arrest American citizens and hold them indefinitely without any charges and without access to lawyers, and I didn't speak up because I would never be arrested.

IT always seems the conservatives complain about the aclu and if thats so what kind of nation do they really want .ONE with no rights at all except to work to enrich the pockets of corporations .
IT bothers me that conservatives want there cake and eat it to making the rest of us provide all the cake .
WE are served best by the aclu who reminds the conservatives we are free men and not the property of them .
SLAVERY ended but it seems that slave wages are the reward of todays owners, forcing americans to live off less each year as there wallets grow fat and there home's so large that they must have help to maintaine them .MOSTLY illegal mexicans to do yard work and cleaning .THATS why bush will not put up a border defense system .

If youre a muslim or arab or whatever and youre mad about this. Then get a new religion or deal with our profiling until we take care of this mess. Its nothing against the religion or the people involved its for the safety and stronghold of America. Any input? We all have to take sacrifices sometimes. I dont get jobs now too because I'm white. I dont mind that. If it were white italians being profiled. Go right ahead. Its for the better of the whole. Were not here to please one group of people. Were here to please all of us. And we ARE ALL at risk.

Why are some people who call themselves conservative always playing the victims of the liberal media? It appears to be the same media that got our current leader elected. Our current leader also claims to be a conservative. Is it that to be conservative you only have to satisfy a few criteria, and if you subscribe to any of the other criteria, you must be a liberal?

Does this mean that our current leader is really a liberal who doesn't support stem cell research, abortion, or process of law, but a liberal none the less.

Islam is a peaceful religion I am told and am more then willing to believe. Obviously those killing and murdering in the name of Islam are full of hate.

I see a growing amount of hatred here on these questions and answers towards people of different political views. Its really sad and especially when it comes from people who's political views are suppose to be one of sincere tolerance.

So; conservative or liberal; what are you going to do to end the hate? Or are you going to let it get worse and eventually lead us into the kind of divide that plagues Islam today?

Saudi is the most religious slamic government and society and all of the terorists in Sep11 were from Saudi and Pakistan, Pakistan has Nuke and lots of fundamentalists, so How comes:

The bill the president signed will make it harder for companies to make profits. If they are forced to pay these pensions to people, most companies will go broke. Why cant they just have the option of dumping them if they become to expensive?
