Traditional: The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter. The grasshopper laughs and dances the summer away. Come winter, the ant is warm and well fed. The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold. MORAL OF THE STORY: Be responsible for yourself!
Modern Variant: Ant works-grasshopper plays. Come winter the shivering grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant should be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving. CBS, NBC, PBS, CNN, and ABC show up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper next to a video of the ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food. America is stunned by the sharp contrast. How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so? Pelosi exclaims that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and both call a tax hike to make the ant pay his fair share.

Jeremy Scahill's book, "Blackwater Down" says that of the more than 100,000 mercenary soldiers hired by the US through Blackwater, (and receive daily pay 100x more than US soldiers), many are Israeli MOSSAD mercenaries who are accustomed to killing massive numbers of civilians at once (from their experience in Palestine). There have been many car bombs that have killed large numbers of civilians at once. What's true?

Ronald Reagan- he seemed to restore Americas prosperity that it experienced in the 50s through 8 solid years of powerful leadership by improving the economy, ending the cold war and fighting against drugs.

So, of course there were negative aspects of Reagan's presidency, but on many far-left shows lately I have seen him being bashed. The other day on the Bill Maher show, the guests would not even acknowledge Reagan's success with the cold war. (While he wasn't the only president who needs to be thanked, he sure ended it.) Since Giuliani, an admirer of Regan, has been speaking of him so highly lately I have heard a lot of Regan backlash.

I thought Reagan was one of the most loved presidents in history? Are the liberals making a conscious effort to bash all republicans? Do you still/ or have ever cared for Reagan?

(Re-question - last time noone has read the whole question it seems)
(PLEASE READ entirely and answer in consequence :) Thanks. )

I've collected some answers that were presented when asked about things such as: "How do you explain explosions heard at 9/11 site" or " why did WTC7 collapse when nothing hit it" ?

The answers were given here on yahoo answers. Please do take the time to read them.
After reading them, ask yourself:
"Are these people refusing to think or just simply are not able to?"
Wouldn't this suggest that they are either misinformed or refuse to think or simply ignorant?

Here are the answers that were given:

I understand that Holland has a simple solution to the problem of bureaucratic growth. They don't have so many entitlement programs. They have unemployment. If someone is out of work, regardless of the reason, they draw unemployment. Seems like a simple solution for a people who trust each other to do the right thing, doesn't it?

Today I caught a glimpse of the headlines of one of the papers about us Scots not recycling enough. I do my bit to help the enviroment but I do disagree with the people who live near the skips and get their rubbish collected at their door and people who live 4-5 miles away has to take theirs to the skips a bit stupid I think and then you get the people who gets theirs collected complaining about putting the boxes out. Does anyone have their veiws on recycling?
