This was slightly before my birth, but wondered if there was ever published anything that says he was killed because of his support for this agency or his belief in that particular thing, etc...Had it ever been determined what contributed to the hate that led to his unfortunate murder?

Or is this just another reason to flock together against Bush? Why wouldn't Bush be supportive of his Attny. General?? Name a former democrat that wouldn't do the same? The point is to be supportive of your staff, otherwise there's no foundation, right??

Why do people in the US believe everybody should have equal rights to vote and rights to speech but support unequal distribution of wealth and property. I support political rights for all but I also believe that wealth and property should never be monopolised by a tiny minority who exploit the rest of society and can aslo use their wealth to corrupt the political system. Workers should run the economy and shareholding company boards should be replaced by workers councils with profits goin into investment back into the economy and state run schools and hospitals. Profits from economic activity should go back into society and not used for filthy rich capitalists to live obscene lifestyles. Do many people agree?

I'm a firm believer in open government and it makes me very suspicious when the President claims executive privilege on an issue that has nothing to do with foreign affairs or homeland security. By his own admission Gonzales screwed the pooch. So why make this such a media spectacle and then complain that he's wants to avoid a media spectacle? There is precedent for a President to claim executive privilege and still all let his advisors appear under oath. Reagan did it during Iran-Contra. Is Bush happy to keep this little media spectacle going, because any distraction from Iraq, illegal immigration, globalization and every other important issue is politically advantagious?

evidence to make a case for war that has cost over $400,000,000,000 so far, over 3000 soldiers deaths, over 20,000 wounded, collateral damage reaching 7 digits, plundging a country into civil war, and removing Iran's only two checks on power is considered absurd conservatives here. What would you consider a multimillion dollar investigation and resulting impeachment of Clinton for lying about cheating on his wife? Does anyone not catch the hypocrisy?

You think they might want to focus on America rather than witch-hunting every move the Bush administration makes. Remember, Clinton fired 93 and you never heard a word.

This is absurd!

There are between 5,000-7,000 tigers left in the world. If we don't do something, they will soon disappear. In India, at least one tiger is killed everyday! I hope this question will be sent to the Prime Minister & president of India , asking them to help save the tigers in India. So please, my fellow brothers and sisters, help save the tigers!

Everyone, in other countries that is, was shocked that Bush was returned to office so easily. Surely the American public has the same responsibility for what has happened in Iraq? Or, is that an inconvenient simplification?

Recently, our local hospital has implemented a Dunkin Donuts within its main lobby... I have found that there is NO LINE there in the morning and have been going there to get my morning coffee (since the other Dunkin Donuts in town have a wait upwards of 20 minutes).

I normally park in the emergency parking area so I can run in and get my coffee, and up till this morning I have not had an issue. Today, my car was on the 'hooks' of a flat bed and they were moving it on when I came out. I tried to discuss this with the tow truck guy, even offering him a bribe but he REFUSED to take my car off the hooks.

I felt this guy was VERY rude to me and I'm thinking of pressing charges against the tow truck company...I was in that parking spot for less than 2 minutes and he had my car...it was almost like he was waiting for me...

do I have a case against him and my 100.00 impound fee?

How can I be happy? Everything is great for me except the most important thing, my children's futures. You see, we are living in a country that is the best on the planet, but regardless of what some think, our very own government killed our own countrymen on 9/11 and has caused much innocent death through unjust wars and other thereafter covering it up.

Regardless of what YOU, the reader of this question, thinks, I fully believe 9/11 was an inside job and quite frankly, I do not see how anyone at any level of intelligence or knowledge of the 9/11 event cannot see exactly what happened. Buildings that are not purposefully demolished do not fall in their footprints and planes make bigger holes, PERIOD. Anyway....

The question is as follows: How do I accept the inequity of this government? Face it, even when the people vote, if the vote happens to turn out as expected as it did in November 07, the government still ignores the will of the people. How do you accept this sort of govt?
