I am so happy for Al Gore he did a great job today testifying in front of that panel. Al Gore is right what he said the earth has a fever, if we don't stop polluting our earth and rely on foreign oil we will all be in big trouble.

Void of even the smallest mistakes. I'm not talking about true violations of the rules of engagement. But to the fact that those rules change almost daily and that our troops are only human. Not the killing machines they have been made out to be in the media. Combat is the hell on earth that you never want to see and once seen you never forget. Is it that Americans now only see war through video games. Where no one realy dies and your not realy being shot at. Or run low on ammo. Or feel the true fear that must be over come to survive a battle. Does our media play too much of a role in our percepcion of our troops.

Or are we just deciding to bring the fight home with us. Truth is thats the bottom line. Will bringing our troops home be the end of it? I don't want Reps and/or Dems standard views. He's already said that his people will submit to being interviewed by Congress. He just doesn't want them to be under oath or any records of what is said to be kept. The oath and the records part are not executive priviledge. The agreeing to let his people appear and be questioned by Congress, is the executive priviledge. What's the problem here? There is also another clause in the deal that wouldn't allow Congress to recall anyone. So if these people are later found to be flat out lying, that's that. I don't know about you, but I prefer open government and I don't care for backroom briefings on non-national security issues. I want every politician and their tools to take an oath before they give a press conference. And no records! What the hell is that?

After spending 40 days (and nights) with this person (miserably I might add) I know their party of choice. But, wanted to toss it to the forum for comment and disection.


This person works, but pays NO taxes, but believes it is the DUTY of our elected officials to insure that proper medical care and or "programs" need to be funded to care for the less fortunate in our country.....What political party do you think they belong to ??
