obviously anyone with an IQ above single figures could easily discredit everything within the film with less than 5mins unbiased research, but the fact remains that there is a lot of deliberate and malicious misinformation presented - does the law protect against such abuses of freedom of speech?

The President is the head of the Executive Branch of government. As such the Prez is in charge of law enforcement. And any time someone disagrees with how he does it he catches flak.

He can't set a budget, he can only propose it and sign or veto the final budget. And Vetos can be over ridden.

He can't control the economy or the prices of anything. The Federal Reserve has the control of that. Well the Fed and business.

If the laws are screwed up he can't propose or pass legislation. That's the function of Congress.

Unemployment? The Prez doesn't have much control there. The only people he can hire and fire are government workers in the executive branch.

I learned the basics in 10th grade US Government in 1961. And learned all the rest by listening to people complain. When did things really change? Or is the rest just partisan retoric?

You are asked in an email by your supervisor at your new employer to reveal your former employer’s five (5) largest clients (you work at an accounting firm). There is no specific legal prohibition on revealing this information, however, if you do reveal the information, you know that your new employer is going to try and contact the clients in the hopes that their business will now move to your new firm. You know your previous employer would be significantly adversely affected financially; probably it would go out of business. Would you reveal such information?

"Ask them to wait 10 years before they kill us? When good negotiates with evil, evil always wins...Peace follows victory, not words issued by diplomats."

Do you agree that some or all of this is true? Are there any assumptions you question?

Take a look back to the beginning of WW2. What did the World do while Hitler was gaining power? The world just sat back and thought "Hey this guy will never gain a lot of power. He is crazy. Let's just sit back and he will go away." And if you remember, what happened? Germany took over all of Europe except for Britain. Then what did we have to do? We had to now fight an enemy whose power went unchecked, and threaten the entire free world.

Fast Forward to the late 20th century. Clinton is President. Once again the world is faced with a growing, dangerous threat known as terrorism. The world is sitting back and thinking " Hey terrorism is no big thing. If we sit back then maybe these radical Islamic groups will go away."

Fast forward to the 21st century. Looks like the beginnings of WW3. Terrorism has grown to out of control levels and seek the destruction of the modern world. But, when Bush actually goes to stop this threat like Franklin Delano Roosevelt did, Bush gets criticize.

why don't they stay in school longer get a better education, and take those jobs back that they are losing to the immigrants? I've never been beat out for a job by an immigrant, but I don't call in sick, and I'm not a lazy *** yob. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Seems the video was made 5 years ago, but has just surfaced to the media. Movie focuses on Clinton years with inaccuracies, not the Bush time in office.

President Clinton had been out of office 9 months when it happened. Bush broke up President Clinton's intelligence team that had successfully broken up 3 big terror plots. He got an intelligence report forecasting attacks like what happened on 9-11 then went on vacation for a month. The "press" has never even asked him if he even read the report, let alone acted on it. So why is the media trying to blame President Clinton, just before the upcoming election? Is it corrupt? Should Disney have their broadcasting licenses revoked because of committing fraud? Fraud remains a crime, don't you think giant media corporations that deliberately mislead and lie should have their licenses revoked? No vacations at Disneyland, ever again.

I've seen a good number of people on this forum say it. How true is that? Do you think that by capturing Osama the whole Al-Qaida cell would have fallen apart and disapear? Do you think that it would have prevented everything that is going on now such as the War in Iraq? Is that an accurate thing to say?

These highly partisan Dem Senators - Shumer, Stabenow, Durbin and Dorgan - are claiming the ABC "Path to 9/11" which is based completely upon the 9/11 Commission report, to be inaccurate.

The ex-Clintonites are also whining about it. Is it because the truth undermines their claim to care about national security, or the myth that Clinton did anything to protect us?

These same people failed to condemn Dan Rather's 'fake but accurate' Bush AWOL partisan political hit piece based on fake documents and partisan lies. These people support the absurd claim that Bush lied. These people supported Joe Wilson's lies and the anti-Bush witch hunt for the revealer of Plame's identity.

Why should we believe they have integrity or support the truth now?

I hear people complaining about the government and homeland security all the time. How they are not doing their job. I do not hear anyone giving any solutions to the problem?? WELL, if you was the President of the United States, what steps would you do to insure the safety of the people. What authority would you give homeland security and how would you track the terrorist?
