We have a mix between an Austrialian Shepherd and a Poodle and there are quite a few brown spots and patches where he goes #1 on the lawn....is there any way we can restore this to its green color and how can we prevent it in the future?

Does anyone else have a dog that does this?

My Jack Russell X is a superb little dog, very well behaved and extremely sociable. He's been toilet trained from the start and I've never had any problems with him in that department- but for some reason- the last 6mths or so when its raining/been raining he will only go to the toilet inside the house. This is obviously driving me crazy and with the days getting wetter as the year marches on I can only see this getting worse. He gets walked and has a dog flap so he has ample opportunity to "do his business" so to speak should he get caught short. The fact that "he just doesnt like going out when its raining or him getting wet" just doesnt seem right somehow as he is perfectly fine with water, baths, going to the beach etc- so I wonder if there could be some other underlining problem or cause that anyone could know of or suggest. Its harder at night when Im asleep or should I go out and its raining. I would be soooo greatful for your help!!! Thank-you all x

I have a 1 and 10 months year old Pomeranian/Llhasa Apsoa cross breed. While Missy was in heat about 2 months ago (on August 1st) I took her to a low-cost spay/neuter clinic and got her spayed. She recovered pretty well but now it seems that she is in heat again! There has been bloody discharge and she is acting the exact same way as she was 2 months ago. Can this actually happen if they have already taken the ovaries out of my dog? What should I do? I am calling the clinic first thing tomorrow morning to see if they know something but I appreciate any insider information that you all could share.

I just took my dog to the vet to check for pregnancy, he didn't feel anything and said it might have been a few days to early to feel anything while palpating, well today I had put one hand underneath her and with my other hand felt softly around, well I felt one ball about the size of my thumb and round, could this be a pup? I hadn't felt this before, also she has a white discharge is it normal?

I have a 10 years old Golden Retriever. He got very sick recently, couldn't eat for 4 days and couldn't stand up. We took him to the doctor a couple of time from last week to this week and the doctor found out from the ultrasound that he has a fat Tumor in his heart that they couldn't any thing about it. They mentioned that it’s very risky for my dog to have surgery. Me and my family don’t want to let him suffer, we decide to take him home and be next him and let him enjoy the rest of he's days. We try to give him food to eat to let him feel better but he wouldn't eat. If he drinks too much water he will end up throwing up and sometimes there’s blood in it. We just wanted him to eat so make him feel better. What can we do to help him get through these couple days of his life? What kind of food can give him if he has this kind of situation. Please help.

I have a purebred rescue puppy who is an excellent candidate for developing hip and elbow displasia as well as cancers and autoimmune problems. I would like to get her covered with pet insurance before any of these problems onsets/is diagnosed if it is at all possible. Anyone know of a good (reliable) pet insurance company that covers hereditary problems? I have heard very bad things about VPI. Thanks!

Okay people I need help! Have a small dog who has peed over and over on the leg of my end table. Odor is gone from carpeting but the wood has soaked up the urine and smells disgusting. Outside of throwing it out (lol) do any of you have a solution? If I get rid of this one he will just pee on a new one.
