I feel SO desperate to lose weight! I have NOT been heavy all my life, but after having kids and going through some big hormonal things I am 100 pounds overweight! I know what to do, but then when I come face to face with that birthday cake or cookies and milk, I'll think "I'm doing good, this is not going to derail me" Do you think eating better is more important than working out? I swear, I will exersice (damn good workouts, too!) 5 days in a week and STILL only loose 1 pound, or stay the same and yes, even be UP a pound!! I am losing my patience! I've tried to make myself throw up! I feel so desperate!
