Started diet and it says to write down your goal for each week and the reward you will give yourself when you meet it.
I can set the goals alright, but I don't know what to give myself as a reward!
I am one of the people who feels guilty about buying things for myself. I always feel like I can do without as long as everyone else gets something. I think I can handle the disapointment better than them. So what is a reasonable reward?
The diet says this is an important part of the program! It says the people who are sucessful with this diet do this part!

I'm 26, and I have never had regular cycles due to cysts on my ovaries.

I had a very heavy period over 6 weeks ago, and not one since. The other day, I felt a strange "fluttering" in my lower abdomen. I bought a pregnancy test today, not expecting much. The test either turns positive or negative.

At first, it was a negative. Upon re-inspecting the test a few hours earlier, I saw a very, VERY faint line that would indicate a positive.

Due to my PCOS, I doubt I can be pregnant, so is it best to disregard the test and assume a tiny bit of ink emerged? Can a positive even occur after a few hours?

Every other month, at the moment I ovulate, I am in excruciating pain for about 1 hour or so and have to take narcotics. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, any ideas of how to stop this? Thanks!

Ok so heres the backstory: My boyfriend loves to get dome, but he wants it all the time.
