Ok so don't yell at me for how stupid this might be.

But lately I'm getting much more paranoid about what a normal stool looks like. For example, this morning, my stool looked normal but sometimes the bowels would shoot out fast (but still formed) and I still feel like I'm having diarrhea mixed in with a normal bowel movement. Is this possible?

Or is diarrhea much more obvious and should not be mixed in with normal, formed bowels?

What does a normal stool mean to you? Is it ok if some bowels come out faster and are not long and thick like some other ones?

I apologize in advance for the oddity of this question...

I'm 26, F, not overweight, have been exercising for about 6 or so months now several times a week, dont smoke, dont drink, never had kids. Not stressed. My boyfriend seems to think my heart rate is too high, especially since we've been working out. My heart rate went to 150 just from walking to his truck and getting in before we went to workout.

I'm on 150mg Venlafaxine a day for depression and anxiety and it's helping for that, but it's making me sweat buckets and it's driving me crazy. As soon as I'm the slightest bit warm there's sweat pouring out me and running off my forehead.

I really hate it - is there anything I can do to help with this side effect (apart from stopping the medication, which at the minute isn't a possibility).

I really have trouble to get myself out of bed in the mornings - I just don't want to get up and start. I prefer lying in the bed, dreaming etc., after two hours then I finally make it.

Say you are near death. Your world ends. You're permitted to return to your own life on the conditions that you stick to the terms that would make you fufill your morals, integrity, health, and overall potential. You have to eat healthily all of the time, always be a person of morale, charitable, giving, etc. It perphaps wouldn't be as fun as one would like, but it'd be very fufilling. If you ever fluxuate, you'll be swiftly taken to your demise. Think of this situation as it if were real and tell me an honest answer of what you'd do with your options.

I know about the side affects and the dangers. What I don't know is how it makes you feel, how well it works and how fast I can expect results.

My 4 year-old had a bit of trouble over two weeks ago doing a poo as it was very big and hard and caused a great deal of discomfort when she did it. Ever since then, she has been petrified of doing a poo in case it hurt her again. When she sits on the loo, her legs come out and she just locks up and we have had to sit with her for hours on end until she does it. When she does do one, she says that it didn't hurt and is as 'happy as Larry'. She KNOWS it doesn't hurt her but still won't just sit on the loo and poo! This is driving me to distraction and causing so much stress within the family due to amount of time she's spending in the loo. If we leave her alone, she just screams which made us think it was an attention-thing but the look on her face when she is on the toilet is frightening. She looks as though someone has a knife to her throat and she sweats profusely. Each time she says she won't do it again and will just sit on the loo and do a normal poo but it never happens.

here are the details:

I'm in college and i still live with my parents. I don't have friends and want some, and I'm not talking about online. I was suicidal beginning this year so I spent time at the hospital to get better. I saw a counselor for a while but I stopped. I just hate my parents sometimes, I want to move out but I can't because I can't financially. How did you guys get to move out finally? Just today I went with them to a party, and got in an argument with them like everyday. The party was two hours away, and I need to go to the bathroom, and my dad didn't stop, so I must've suffered kidney damage. My dad has diabetes and kidney damage too and he works alot, and my mom has heart disease. my brother still lives with us.
