A thirteen year old starts her peroid and her older siblings make fun of her. She finds rags, napkins, and even uses toilet paper for pads and hides them anywhere she can. She has been doing this for three years. How do you get her pride back?

I've been dreaming a lot lately in my sleep (also, multiple ones in one night). Could this be due to the fact that I've been sleeping earlier and waking up earlier than usual?
I had a case of insomnia and recently, I learned to overcome it (without the use of pill, meds, etc. just all on my own). And since then, I've been having a lot more dreams. Some scary, some not. Sometimes it's both in one night.
Like last night for instance, I remember crying due to a dream (I can't remember what) but it was early in the morning so I didn't wake up (or it could have been a dream...) but then I woke remembering something else (not the crying dream) as my last dream.
(I used to sleep at 5-6 a.m. and wake at 2-3 p.m. Now I'm sleeping at around 1-2 a.m. and waking up around 10:30 a.m.)

Is this a good or bad thing?
And why is it happening?

I am young (27) and have rheumatoid arthritis. Because of it, I have to take lots and lots of pills a day. I've had it for about four years now, but for some reason, I still have a mental resistance to taking my medications. Two of my medications are anti-depressants, so that may have bearing on it.

My main question, though, is how can I overcome this blockage and take my pills. I've tried just "bucking up" and doing it, but for some reason, it doesn't last very long, and I end up missing days, weeks, even months at a time of my medications. Any suggestions?

i really need them to lift myself up. Cos life for me is such a rollercoaster and such a disaster. The pain and the suffering i've had and been through is too much to bear. I've had a terrible past and i've wasted 7 years because of my illness.
Now at 24, i've got so much responsibility on my shoulder, lots of things to worry about.
Although i'm mentally stable rite now (the meds really helps, u know), i still have mild mood swings and sometimes i just have to go through the day.
So i really need something from u guys, u know..

I've battled hypochondria for over 10 years now. So much so that I gained 137lbs! I purposely over-ate to make sure I could gain weight. In my mind if I was able to gain weight then I couldn't be sick. In January, I decided to do something about my weight and began the Optifast (all liquid) diet. I've averaged 4-5lbs lost per week & have a lost a total of 133.5lbs. I'm now approaching my goal weight & my hypochondriac thoughts are popping back up. I'm beginning to wonder if I am sick again & I am about to go off my diet to see if I can gain again. Mind you that on this diet, I visit a Nurse Practitioner who weighs me in, checks my blood pressure and does a monthly Complete Blood Count. I've even been to my internist last month who did his own blood tests and everything was perfect. I am 34 years old and smoke so naturally my biggest fear is Lung Cancer which has a symptom of unexplained weight loss. What can I do? I've been to shrinks but they don't help. Arrggh.. this really sucks.
