Everyday I get a headache after I eat lunch. Only lunch, no other meal. I know I am eating right and making good food choices (salad, grilled chicken, tuna, etc). Also, by the end of lunch, I have usually had 4 of my 8 glasses of water so dehydration shouldn't be an issue. Anyone have a suggestion or insight into this?

I have a number of medications I need in my young age of 66. Does anyone know any safe websites that allow you to buy medications with out a doctors note? I have diabetes and chronic back pain and sometimes need more than my doctor is willing to prescribe. I heard some Canadian sites are good. Any help would be appreciated.

Since I moved from Mississippi to Maryland, I have had dandruff. It gets worse when I sweat a lot (esp. at night). I have large flakes and when they are removed, the area is red. I have tried different shampoos (cheap stuff, Herbal Essance, Tea tree shampoo from salon, etc), but nothing is helping. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. This has only started since we moved. It is mainly in the front of my scalp above my face and in the back of my scalp right above my back.

So I went swimming 3 days ago and had no problem. But last night, I cleaned my right ear with a q-tip and it just clogged up. I can't really hear well out of it. I was wondering if this had anything to do with the swimming, or is it earwax? In any case, any suggestions to clear it?

What could cause a BP of 121/130. No I didn't get the numbers backwards. My 15 year was scheduled for dental work and naturally the dentist won't work on her with this reading. Could it just be anxiety of the dental visit, and why is systolic fairly normal but dystolic so high? Thanks.

Well, I've been given the news yesterday that I'll have to have a tonsillectomy. Though I'm scared shitless (excuse the French), it's something that I know I NEED, and hopefully will cut back on the times that I've gotten strep throat (4 times since January.)

I've been told that the surgery is totally different for children as it is for older teens and adults. I'm 22, so I guess I fall into the category of the surgery being more stressful and complicated.

So, I'm looking for advice from other people that have had the surgery as an "older teen" or an adult, and to let me know what I can expect. How long were you out for? Anything that helped ease the pain more? What in the heck did you do for the amount of days you were out? When did you start feeling better? HOW MUCH DID IT COST?!? lol Any advice or little tid-bits will help.

THANKS!!!!!!

I am going back to Greece next year ( I know i'm premature but I get so excited) and wanted to know what is best insect repellant to use. Last time I went I didn't use any cos never had a problem when I went to other countries, and I got severly bitten (had to go to docs). What is a really good repellant? And do I put it on before or after sun cream?
