So this weekend i ended up working out a lot more than i usually do. I'm sore everywhere but one of my elbows like pops when i move it from bent to straight. The muscles are sore around it but it's just a really random shooting pain for a few seconds. I know that's not good but does anyone know what it could be and if it might be serious enough to go get it looked at?

The doctor at the university health clinic told me Congress had passed some law recently preventing this from happening (until you turn 23) but I wasn't able to find any information on the insurance website.

First off my name is Courtney and I'm 19. Just over two weeks ago I was in a car accident while on my way home from a halloween party. I suffered major neck and head trauma as a result of the accident, and I also fractured both my wrists. I leave the hospital in five days, just in time to be home for Thanksgiving.

For the past three years I've gone shopping on Black Friday and I don't want a stupid accident to keep me from going this year. I'm able to walk just fine but I'm really insecure about going out because of how I currently look.

I'm currently sporting this lovely brace http://www.ossur.com/lisalib/getfile.aspx?itemid=10669 in support of my broken neck and spinal cord injuries, and I'm also sporting two arm casts to help heal my broken wrists.

I wouldn't mind going out if I just had the arm casts, but I'm really insecure about going out in that stupid brace. Everyone's going to be staring at me, what do I do???

Lately I've been massaging myself since no one I know can do it well enough besides a massagist, and I can't hire one everyday Lol. So, how do I find knots in my back?

Someone told me it felt like a bump, well how do I know it's not a bone?

I am having EXTREME foot pain (both). I have alot of difficulty walking due to the pain. My feet constantly feel like they are on fire. Both feet at the same time. One does not hurt, it is always both. I have had numerous tests done and all are negative (lupus was the latest test negative). I don't know what else to do. I do have osteoarthritis and neropathy in my left leg and right foot but what can be causing this pain and what tests need to be done. If i could cut my feet off above the ankle it would solve all my problems. This has been going on for months and i don't know what else to do. My doctors think i am crazy.
Pleas help!

My friend told me that a few times when she has drank wine, she ends up getting pain in both arms, her stomach and even her legs. It doesn't happen all the time, just once in awhile. She does not drink much at all, maybe once a month a few glasses. I have never heard of this and was wondering if anyone else has - found nothing on the internet linking occasional drinking with pain in the limbs. Wondering if it might be alcohol allergy, but then it should happen every time she drinks, which it does not. She said the feeling goes away after about an hour after she stops drinking. I know she is not an alcoholic, just a very occasional drinker - this sounds so strange to me! She is thin frame and in her 30's. Anyone hear of this before?

I have been sleeping for upwards of 12 to 16 hours everyday for a couple of months now. Its not that I am doing it on purpose, I just can't seem to get out of bed. Sometimes after being awake for only a few hours, I'll get tired again. It sounds like something that a person diagnosed with depression might have, but I don't feel depressed. I have had a lot of troubles in my life lately, but I've stayed pretty optimistic and hopeful through it all. Could it be that I'm just repressing something that might cause my over-sleeping?

Got up at 10pm, went into bed, fell right back to sleep. I noticed that I was awaking several times throughout the night, but having no trouble going back to sleep. I finally got up around 730am. I'm still tired. My body feels exhausted. I'm trying to focus on work, but my body just doesn't want to function. I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea a few months ago, but wearing the CPAP mask is "invasive". I feel too confined and can't wait to get it off in the morning. I haven't been wearing the mask for the past week
