My 7 y/o just got home about 10 minutes ago from his dads house and my sons father informed me that my son has broken blood vessels on both sides of his neck and cheak as a result of him holding his breath at school on thursday.
he saw the school nurse adn she wasnt concerned
I looked at his face and want to take him to er to have them do an mri to make sure he is ok. if his blood vessels broke as aresult from holding his breath he losses oxegen correct.
why do kids do this? my son said another kid was doing it so he did it , my ex thinks im overeacting that if somehting was wrong it would of happened already? i disagree
ill waite 10 minutes for a reply then im going
Thank you

So I had a soccer game today and im pretty sure at some point my foot was stomped on or driven into the ground cause when i got home it hurt really bad. My big toe was throbbing so i got some icy hot and started to rub it in. I noticed a wierd lump in the tendon leading to my leg. (not sure what its called) So i started rubbing it wondering what it was. Then it poped to the right and i was in major pain. It hurts in my big toe joint all the was down the tendon that popped. I am icing it right now, but i dont know what else i can do. I cant go see a doctor, even though i think i should. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Granted I first noticed this after a night of dancing in 4inch heels but I still don't think this should happen. It's mainly my big toe and my second toe of my left foot that go numb and stay that way for about 2-3 days. Any suggestions on why??

i have been told i have fibromyalgia.
in the past 6 months i've gone from being able to move boxes & furniture to now can hardly lift my arms to wash my hair.
can barely pick up my purse.
frustrated since i can no longer do 99% of what i was able to do in the springtime.
medicine they gave me makes me feel like a zombie, and even more tired than before,
also still have pain all over,
even a fan blowing air against my skin hurts
everything hurts
can't even use eating utensils properly.
any ideas would be helpful.
thanks

And the tress have not turned color or anything! I've also been sufferring from allergies and on and off headaches. I also get some weird feelings. Like my body is reacting to the strange weather or something. Its really weird! Has anyone else ever experienced this before?

This questiuon is about my husband and his awful headaches.
Brief history- 5 yrs ago he started to get headaches and migranes, went to docs had MRI scan all clear told 1 in 5 people have migrane so just get on with it, things got worse head aches lasted for 2 weeks at a time, back to docs husband demanded to see specilist, had more scans which where all clear told he had tension headaches given low dose of Amitrityline which has increased to a high dose ( he takes this everyday and when he has a migrane he has to take 10mg of Maxalt (Rizatriptan).
My husband still gets headaches everyday he takes normal painkillers as well ( we have checked and this is ok along side his normal medication).
I know the specilist is doing his job and I have looked at many websites but do you suffer something similar and how have you learned to deal with it? have you had or heard of surgery for this ? Any serious ideas/help/advice this is affecting my husbands quality of life.
Thanks in advace.

I'm going off of two and a half hours of sleep for the next 12 or so hours. What is a tried and true method to staying awake and not feeling like complete crap? Anything, even temporarily unhealthy (though not life threatening...and not crack...) would do.
