I am a 15 year old girl. The three of my grandparents that have died died of heart attacks and my living grandmother is having a pacemaker put in today. Since I'm seemingly destined to heart failure, What can I do to help prevent it?

For the last month my eyes have been hurting when I move them almost constantly. About twice a week and getting more frequent, I feel a popping sensation then my vision goes out. It stays out between 10-17 HOURS then it comes back with a popping sensation. I have now started feeling light headed and nauseas. I went to a neurologist and they diagnosed it as migraine but it doesn’t fit for several reason one is that it last for hours.
What should I do?

I am so scared. I dont know what to do. It seems like the Dr.s dont really care or want to prevent my scoliosis from getting worst. I am wondering a few things:

(my curve is 30 degrees upper back (between shoulder blades) and 11 degrees lower back. my lower back hardly ever hurts but lately my upper back is starting to hurt alot sometimes.) I am 23 years old. female. I think I still might have a few years of growth left because I am such a late bloomer.

1. should i consider getting surgery now?
2. will my curves get much worst in the coming years?
3. if i wait to get surgery until my curve gets very bad will the surgery be more risky or painful ?
4. could a brace still help me now?
5. my dr said that i should be fine until about menopause and then the curve might get bad due to weaker body/osteoperosis. so doesnt that mean i should get surgery now?
I am so scared and sad. can someone please help me. Im having a panic attack about this because my dr's dont really help me.

My lip was seriously chapped, and has now cracked. It's been this way a few days. It just keeps cracking in the same place, it won't heal.
Is it ok to put antibiotic ointment on my lip? Of course I would try not to lick my lips. It really hurts.

i am a 30 year old male and since about 25 i found a tiny bump on my penis. my girlfriend told me after 2 years that she was having the same symptom. nothing hurts and everything still works the same with both of us. dont mean to be graphic but we can pop these things and pus comes out then blood. have stopped popping them. any ideas?

Hey can someone help me?
I've had my ears pierced for around 8 months and everything has been fine except i got a little crust in the early stages, now some crust is comming back and its really hard i can't pick it off...my skin on my lobe just feels very rough, it's much worse on my left ear.
Does anyone know what will rid the crust? I have the ear piercing solution and i clean my ears thoroughly with it. Will the crust just dissapear??
I wear gold studs and i am not allergic.

I have bipolar disorder and take Lithium, Lamictal, Wellbutrin, Abilify and Levothyroxine. Since August, I haven't been able to get a full breath most days. I'm still able to walk at a fast pace on my treadmill but it's just bothersome. It feels like I could lose my breath completely (just a paniky feeling). I don't smoke or drink alcohol and physically I am very healthy.
The only seasonal allergies I do get is this time of year I usually get hay fever like symptoms (watery eyes, contant sneezing) but I don't get the shortness of breath.
I had a workup with a cardiologist last year and everything was fine with my heart, EEG, EKG. Could you tell me what you think it is?

I've been trying to get over my cold and nasty cough. I noticed now that when I cough, mucus or whatever keeps on trying to come out but I just can't seem to spit it out. Is it boogers/mucus? I know it sounds gross but since I can't spit it out, I just end up swallowing it. Does it go down to my stomach and get filtered out or does it go to my lungs and gets tangled up in there? Also, is there any way to not have all these mucus/boogers wanting to come out whenever I have a bad cough again? Any information will help.

I felt quite thirsty these few days after recovering from my gastric flu. I didn't really cared so much but every time after i pee, my urine seems to be yellower than usual but there were no ants. On the other hand, the frequency of me going to the toilet did not increase, it actually decreases. Can someone tell me whether this is diabetes symptoms?

Does anyone know what spots on a adrenal gland mean? I recently had a cat scan and they found several spots. My physician is sending the report out for a 2nd opinion to find out what to do. My blood work is steadily getting worse. My catecholine test showed a norepinephrine level of 1200 (normal is below 400). My sed rate was 44 (normal is under 20). My platelet count is 494K (normal is 150-400K), this has gone up from 430K over the last 2 yrs on my bloodwork. Plus I have some other blood work elevated. Anyway, just worried in between the time I am waiting to hear back from the dr.

My 18 year old daughter was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma and is stage 4. She has decided enfactically that she does not want to do any more chemo but wants to do alternative meds. Her own donorship of stem cell transplant didn't work. The doctors gave up to less than a year or a little more to live. Can anyone help me with advice into saving her life. Her doctor told her there are other options and further treatment. If there are other options in saving her life why doesn't she take them? A very Desperate mom here. Any why do people such as herself put all her trust in God (not that I am not questioning him) in curing her if she doesnt take the treatment? I understand there is not cure for her cancer unless its death. Im not trying to be negative. I just want to understand why. Yes I do support her. Time is of the essence here.
