ok so ive got a cold or flu wut ev and now i got alot of flem and its bloaking my throat so im losing my voice and i wanna no a natural way to get rid of it and my dad said hewing on ginger does this help?

the reason why i asked about this very question is this, one of my childhood friend lost her son and she also tested positive to the virus after the death of her son.
