i don't care about the pain but i need a method that i can do on my own. i love to dance (ballet), but i need to get out of it for a while as we have a performance coming up and i suck at performing (nerves). plus i think i'm fatter than everyone else and i'm embarrassed of performing with my skinny friends... if you've ever intentionally broken or sprained something i need your help. i've been trying hitting my ankle with rocks, hammers, etc. and jumping from high heights on one leg, but i have stong bones and ligaments. don't try to talk me out of this, please, i just need to break or sprain an ankle. please help... thanks, celine.
