Keep in mind, my parents are pretty health conscious right now (both on life-long diets) and I want to make something that everyone will love. My 14 year old sister is a vegeterian as well. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

I purchased a saus/egg/cheese burrito and only ate half of it....would it be okay to keep until tomorrow morning? I'm just worried about the egg part of it -- they are scrambled by the way.

Please, nothing you found on Google...I'm looking for one you've personally tried and thought was a good recipe! Preferably one that uses both condensed milk and cardamom. Something plain and simple please, no chocolate or coconut. Pista barfi or almond barfi would be nice. 10 points to whoever shares a good one!

I can't find any here in Spain and figured that if I left it out of my meringue recipe, it wouldn't that much difference.

I would prefer a nice dessert recipe but side dishes would be nice too. I need to bring something to my mother-in-laws. She is Portugese so if anyone knows any portugese recipes i can impress her with let me know. I am up for all kinds of recipes though, THANKS!

I love to make serveral type of candies for the holidays and wrap them up nicely as gifts. I am lokking for some new ideas. Here and easy on I'll share:

Take medium size pretzels and lay them out on a cookies sheet lines with wax paper. Place one rolo candy on top of each pretzel. Put them in the oven for just a few minutes so the rolo melts over the pretzel. As soon as you take them out of the oven top them with a pecan half. You've got easy turtles!

I made a recipe for Turkey Stock last night, and put it into the refrigerator over night to let the fat coalesce at the top. This morning, the whole thing had turned to the consistency of jello - is that right?? I had expected something more like canned chicken broth, and am not sure if I should throw away my batch of Stock??

This recipe (my deceased mother-in-law's) calls for boiled giblets ground in with ground raw apple, raw celery and raw onion all added to croutons softened with the broth of the boiled giblets. The giblets would be fully cooked, but the apple, onion and celery would be raw and just run through a grinder with the cooked giblets. I would like to prepare the dressing 2 days in advance because we are having Thanksgiving with our family at our cabin 2-1/2 hours north of our home. Would it be safe to prepare 2 days in advance, refrigerate, then bake on Thanksgiving Day ? We're trying our 1st turkey in an electric turkey fryer this year, so our oven will be free for baking other foods.
