We're having company over this week for supper but are on a VERY tight budget - any ideas on a fabulous meal we could cook for them that wouldn't cost too much? Any good websites on this topic?

I make spaghetti/tomato sauce from scratch every year with fresh vegetables from my garden. It is usually pretty thin & then I typically add a can of tomato paste (store bought) to thicken the sauce. Any other suggestions for thickening sauce?

There is a restaurant I go to called Logans, and they serve the BEST sweet roles that I have ever tasted. I have tried to duplicate the recipe, but I can't get it right. Does anyone have a good recipe for these sweet yeast rolls?

I had this at a great resturaunt in Chicago, but it's been a while and I can't remember what it had on it. What I do remember is that it had; seasoned grilled chicken breast, white goat cheese, red bell pepper (I can't remember if it was fresh or sauted), and it was served on foccica bread. What else should I put on it?

I found a freezing recipe here but it did not say to peel or not. Some of my tomatoes have peeled. I am going ahead and leave them as they are; however, I need to know if there is a chance that I will lose them. thanks

I had Chili Crabs while visiting Malaysia and have not found a way to make it here. There are tons of recipes on the web but none taste like the one I had there. Is there anyone living in Malaysia out there who can tell me how to cook their Chili Crabs. The best ones I ate were at a Restaurant at Carry Island on the coast.
