I have two 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, and I'm looking for a dessert recipe that calls for them. I love www.allrecipes.com, but I'm looking for something "tried and true." I've made a few recipes from websites (even though the recipes received a high rating/review) that weren't what my husband and I considered a "keeper." Can anyone help? I have the basic baking/cooking ingredients: white and brown sugar, eggs, butter, most spices, a few chocolate chips, etc.

I want to try something new, but that is not real expensive. My boyfriend is kinda picky. He pretty much likes fried chicken and cheeseburgers.

You preheat them for just one minute in a microwave oven
They stay hot (still hot after) for 30 minutes
You can handle them with your bare hands by the rim which remains cool.
Have a delay action to avoid overheating the food, the plate reaches maximum temperature 5 to 8 minutes AFTER taking it out ofthe microwave oven.

I use to order a certain meal at a nearby restaurant that no longer has this dish. It was a grilled chicken breast with a lime glaze and cilantro. I really would like to have a good receipe for this.
