I made some gumbo the other day, and now I've ended up with leftover crab meat and oysters - and it was pretty expensive; I plan on using them! lol.. Does anyone have any suggestions of something I can cook with these being the main ingredients?

Can you pass me along some recipes for homemade garlic bread? Thanks!

PS. I think I remember my uncle making garlic bread with ricotta cheese before that came out really good. Am I remembering correctly? In some ways it sounds like it could be good, but I really don't know.

ANY recipes would be greatly appreciated though!

I use the traditional one that has different blades on four sides but always end up grating myself with it.

I have also tried a mouli type but that doesn't grate very well and is difficult to clean.

I have tried a mandolin type but that doesnt grate, it only slices and chips and doesn't do the last half centimeter.

I also have a food processor but that is a pig to clean and doesn't grate the last bit either.

Is there any new fangled, or old fashioned one you could recommend please.

My girlfriend says that serving a big plate of pasta with sauce ladled on the center is an Italian American thing that Italians in Italy don't do. She is a foodie, I am a guy that likes food. Is she just being pretentious? I think that normal people in Italy probably serve pasta just the way my Grandma did here? Who is right?

Recently I decided to start a Tupperware career. I thought everyone was still interested in Tupperware and figured it would be very easy to sell. I have been stuck in a rut since I signed on. I have marketed everywhere and still no results. Is anyone still interested in Tupperware or is it a thing of the past? I figured since you don't have to have a party to order and you could place single orders it would sell better. I also though that since all of the items each person purchases in shipped directly to them it would make it easier to sell. They even have online parties too. Any input would be greatly appreciated! And if anyone would like to help me meet my quota, since I have had no sales, before I get the boot!, my web address is www.mytupperware.com/Stasertrio
