I was told that you can't warm chicken in a roaster because it would burn, I'm running out of options. I really need some info quick!

I live with my boyfriend and we never have time to actually cook a large dinner, so I was wondering if anyone had some good recipes that involves simple things?
Also - any recipes that you make a batch of, and the leftovers help with the following nights as well? (pasta salads, spaghetti sauce, etc)

thanks!!

I don't have any bread, or hamburger buns. I can also chop them up and use in recipe. Best recipe gets 10 points

This was so easy and my whole family loved it.
Buy a package of big tortillas
Buy shaved turkey breast (lunch meat)
ready to serve bacon - a box of it
1 cup of shredded lettuce
2 chopped tomatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
Miracle whip
take a tortilla and closer to one end of it lay out 2 pieces of bacon
some shaved turkey, lettuce and tomato - top with cheese.
Fold in half - place in large skillet - do not add spray or butter - brown on each side - cut in half and then I cut each piece in half again. Arrange around the plate and put about a TBLS of Miracle Whip right in the middle of the plate with the pieces surrounding it. I left off the tomatoes and lettuce for my kids.
Hope you enjoy

I bought some steamers (clams) last night and ate a few but was going to finish the rest tomorrow. They have been in the refridgerator all day, and will be until I fix them. I was just wondering if anyone knew how long they could stay refridgerated and remain okay to eat.

I asked this question last week but didn't have much luck. My grandmother used to make a certain Italian chicken when she was alive. I know it contained both beer and wine. My parents don't know what else was in it or what it was called. It probably contained very few ingredients (her cooking tended to be simple Italian). I'd be so happy if I could make this!!!

Twice, I've had clam chowder prepared by East coast cooks. Both times, the chowder was thick, and DELICIOUS!!!!!!! The chowders I get on the West coast are either thick and pasty tasting, or thin and lacking body. (there are a few exceptions, of course)

You are not allowed to take out ingredients or add. But you can only add staples: like salt, pepper, flour, eggs, spices and herbs, etc. :
-Chicken breast or pork chop or fresh piece of salmon (choose only one)
-raspberries
-apples
- ginger
- red, yellow and green bell peppers
- purple potatoes or jasmine rice (choose only one)
- baby colored beets (like red, candy strip, orange, yellow, etc.)

I've asked this before but didn't get that specific of an answer. I'm looking to buy an indoor grill pan to use over the stove. I've been looking at all kinds, non-stick, hard anodized aluminum, stainless steel, infused anodized, this one by Circulon that has "Hi-Lo Release..." Which is best? Which brand is better, Calphalon, Circulon, All-Clad? I think I want one that is round as opposed to square, but still relatively large. I want it to be easy to clean preferably dishwasher safe although most non-stick aren't. And then I think about the health risk of non-stick materials...Is stainless steel better in that case? Any advice will help! Thanks! (Oh and trying to stay around $50-$60...but will go higher if it's something really worth it) Most importantly I want something that will do good tasty grilling!
